Scam!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the company behind “Built Different” — and in my opinion, it’s a workout training scam. They draw you in with a well-known social media personality, promising that person will personally coach you. That’s simply not true.
What you actually get is a generic, copy-and-paste meal plan and workout plan — the same thing they give everyone. Most of the workout videos are publicly available on YouTube, so you’re essentially paying thousands for something you could find for free.
When I reached out for help due to pain and asked for modifications, their “solution” was to just have me walk more. There was no real customization or care for my individual needs. I paid thousands of dollars upfront, and when I realized the program wasn’t what was promised, they refused to refund me a single cent.
They don’t check in, they don’t care if you stop working out, and they don’t care if you stop responding altogether. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
