I have had the most wonderful opportunity to have my website redesigned and I am delighted with it. OneWebHosting upgraded to a new platform and instead of dropping me like an old potato they called and asked if they could do the design and development for me. I was Gobsmacked, Stoked, Excited, Elated and best of all it required absolutely no knowledge of HTML by me!

Our experience was great! I loved the idea of BASECAMP where all of our conversations were easy to follow and easily accessible. The instructions given were also super simple do. I don't know much about web design (and don't really have the time or want to either) but my team that was assigned to my site explained the process in very easy terms and outlined my plan of action for me. I’m professional entertainer with very strong IT experience…who decided to update my company website. I wanted my site to be unique, not made out all available templates that looks like copycat.. We were anxious to update our existing website representing our two DR. DAWG restaurants in the greater Milwaukee area. After conducting a thorough search on our options, we chose One Web Hosting to do a customized site. Tony Balanco did a great job of leading the design/IT team. At the onset we were set up on “basecamp,” a software used to manage and organize the project, keeping all of the images, emails and files centralized. This proved to make the project management and process headache free. I can't begin to express how thrilled we are with the finished site! I have been a customer of OneWebHosting for years. I have two websites with them and just recently worked on a third for a friend. I can not tell you how fantastic their support is. I literally sent over 100 emails with questions and needed support help, and I was given one person to work with and that made it so much easier than having to submit tickets, and getting a different person each time.
