They are horrible at buildyoursite.com my website is always down. I have emails of all my complaints. Every time I would called them about my site they were very rude to me and impatient. My site has been down at least 4 times in 3 months and each time they claimed they have fixed it, but it was back down in 2 weeks. My site has been down for weeks at a time. There have been times they have raised their voices and I did not like the tone they took with me and this was most of the time. I got to the point I was uncomfortable calling them because they were always rude to me as if my concerns were invalid. Tony Started building my site and after while he would not even communicate with me about the changes I requested. I had to be firm with them just to get little changes made that took forever to get completed.I complained several times about glitches on my site they claimed there was nothing wrong but the site had problems at the beginning but they were refusing to accept that the site had problems. when I go to pull up my website it always blinked blue they finally fixed it after weeks of complaining. They always had an excuse as to why my site was down and it was the same excuse over and over. This last time they claimed they fixed it for good. I found out through a customer my site had been down a long time. I had given up on the site because I was tired of arguing with them about the site and chose to go with someone else.

Note: I am not aware of anything you mentioned below nor was I informed about any technical issues. The site has been a disaster from the beginning. I am no longer a customer
