I love the convenience of taking the courses from home. The platform is very easy to navigate and use. The courses are well organized and engaging.

First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the negative experience you had. Our team here strives to always put our students first and meet your needs as they arise. Unfortunately, the 2 emails we received from you on Tuesday the 31st were at the end of the month, a time when we are slammed with last-minute requests to post credits. We always try to remind our students to finish early, but we understand that life happens and that cannot always be accomplished. We hope that our students afford us that same grace as we strive to always offer our best. To your success!

Poorly organized course material
The material has not been well organized. Lecture videos associated with chapters may cover content not related to that chapter and may miss content that was on the chapter. Also, for each chapter, there are a mandatory lecture video, individual module videos and review videos which all overlap the same topics, but they are unskippable.

Thank you offering your perspective on our courses. We do apologize that your experience was not what you expected. We strive to present the best material in the best way possible and are always willing to consider improvements. Unfortunately, TREC determines whether we can place skippable content, so that is not something we cannot change. And not all content in the chapter is present in the exams, which might help explain the method as to what gets covered and what gets repeated. Please give us a call if you'd like to discuss. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you great success in your future endeavors.

My experience with them always been excellent from the people that answer the phone they always trying to help any way they can to the online classes especially to get your license what I love about it the most is the recorded classes I'm a very slow learning and the fact thar I could learn at my own paste made a big difference and because of that I passed my real estate license test on the first try and when it was time to renew my license I knew I had to comeback to them and I'm glad I did the classes and video are very helpful and easy to understand

Mr. Culpepper has a right to be upset. Our platform went down and when it came back up, we had to manually enter all the courses again. We missed his and caused him a delay in getting started. As hard as we try to be excellent, sometimes we drop the ball, and this was one of those times. We are refunding Mr. Culpepper the total costs for the courses and extended our sincere regret and an apology that this unfortunate incident occurred. We’re human. We messed up and we fixed it.

Great School & contents
Great School
I am a best-selling author, paralegal, and a new real estate agent that has a strong business background. I have also authored a book and trained on the "bulletproof mindset" To excel in any business, all we have to do is find a mentor in any given industry that has done it and has experience of few decades and learn from that teacher. Mr. Wayne Morgan without a doubt is such an individual who gives to the point exactly how to use your license today. I am taking the mentorship program and SAE from this school and by far it's been a great experience with the staff and the valuable contents of the mentorship program and other courses. I highly recommend this school to anyone who is serious about the real estate industry.

Totally On-Line
I received what I expected and was able to make a good decision about my continuing courses. For Brokers' renewals what I chose is tailored for my needs, deadlines and plenty of time to complete the tasks. Additionally, I will be taking courses with confidence that they will be the latest approved by TREC.
