Building Consents Ltd. is an RBCA (Registered Building Control Approver) employing a team of experienced building control surveyors in the North West (North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire), the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry) and South West (Dorset, Somerset). We have almost 15 years of successful projects and repeat business through close partnership with leading developers, contractors and architects as well as home-owners. Our typical projects include multi-storey residential and student accommodation, hotels, hospitals, educational, medical and industrial buildings but also houses, loft conversions and kitchen and lounge extensions. We undertake a third party Building Control (Building Regulations) check on your project to measure compliance. We check your plans and inspect your work on site. On completion we issue a final certificate.

Polite and knowledgeable

It wasn't good experience
It wasn't good experience. Very poor customer service. No query was resolved at frist attempt. I had to phone again and again.
i phoned about 4 time to get final certificate. Inspector was not helpful at all. He never replied to phone calls, voice messages and WhatsApp messages. it wasn't worth to pay extra money to get private Inspectors. My advice is to hire council Inspectors.

Sorry to hear this but not unexpected. We could not issue the certificate because your agent had not supplied all the details. I'm baffled by the WhatsApp allegation as we don't use it. We agree you should use the Local Council in future.

We can't find any evidence of us not carrying out an efficient service on the project which is now complete. Happy to discuss further if you feel we have been unsatisfactory.
Not great
Keep canceling appointments or tried to see the job from photos. They suppose to come to the project’s site 4 or 5 times but that is not happened.
