Located near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, Buildcheck and its team of experts provide a UK based service to window, door and façade manufacturers, fabricators and suppliers ensuring that all their customers meet UK regulations. Buildcheck has a UKAS accredited laboratory and on site facilities for window, door and façade testing services for the Fenestration Industry. Including its innovative Oracle featuring U-value calculations, industry guidelines and reporting templates. From the in-house laboratory, Buildcheck offers a full range of fenestration testing services whether for new product development, ongoing changes or for specific project work. Build Check is a UKAS-accredited testing laboratory (2731), and our accreditation is limited to those activities described on our UKAS schedules of accreditation. Build Check also operates a Management and Quality system conforming to ISO/IEC 17025 (Testing).

Great experience with Buildcheck

Buildcheck were excellent to work with during the PAS 24 testing and certification system. From the beginning, their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and clear in explaining the technical requirements, ensuring we fully understood the process and expectations.

The testing was well organised, communication was consistent throughout, and the final reports were delivered promptly. Overall, the entire process was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. We would be happy to work with them again.

Thorough, Transparent and Easy to Work With

We had a great experience with Buildcheck from start to finish. As a timber window manufacturer, it’s important for us to work with partners who are thorough, professional and clear in their approach, and Buildcheck certainly delivered. Communication was excellent from the moment we made our initial enquiry right through to the completion of the test.

During the testing of our window, they actively encouraged us to ask questions so we could better understand the process and exactly what they were doing, which we really appreciated. Everything was handled efficiently and transparently, making the whole process straightforward for us.

We will be using them again in the near future and would definitely recommend Buildcheck to others.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

Working with Buildcheck has been a really positive experience for us. The team is friendly, organised and always quick to help, which made the whole testing process simple and stress free. Everything — from planning to the final reports — was clear and well handled.
We also got the chance to visit the lab and watch the tests in person, which was a great bonus and gave us even more confidence in how they work.
Buildcheck is a reliable partner, and we’re happy to recommend them to anyone looking for solid testing support.

Buildcheck were a pleasure to work with on the PAS 24 testing and certification of our fixed glazing system. From the outset, they were responsive and provided clear guidance through the technical requirements, helping us understand exactly what was needed. The testing was well organised, communication was consistent throughout, and the final reports were turned around very quickly. The whole process was efficient and well managed from start to finish.
