Bit the bullet and ordered the taster box on wednesday, it came today (Friday) and I wish I'd done it sooner! I have only tried the angel cake Blondie and it was amazing! They may be smaller than your average donut but I promise you they are worth it! I will be getting a subscription for these!

Not only are they a delicious sweet treat but at only 150Cal you do not need to feel guilty! If you are thinking of trying them, do it!!

I've been buying the build & bake brownies for just over 1 year, they are incredible, excellent taste and macro friendly, so much so that I recently subscribed to 1 box per month, for me they serve as a treat once a week, normally with some halo top ice cream or similar 👌.

I first discovered Build and Bake when I entered a competition to win a year of free boxes (full disclosure I won and the monthly deliveries were quite possibly the highlight of my year 😂). Being on a student budget I buy them less frequently now but always request a box for Birthdays, Christmases etc.

Matt and the team are super kind, helpful and most of all talented when it comes to whipping up insane creations that are somehow both healthy and delicious 🤤.

In my opinion, the blondies are the best - like a super moist Victoria sponge cake but also dense and fudgey. However, I love the brownies too - especially when combined with their homemade rich chocolate ganache which is absolutely heavenly (if you haven’t tried the Devil’s mud cake you’re missing out! 😈🍫). That’s before I even get started on their signature caramel which is my ultimate (not) guilty pleasure.

Still waiting with baited breath for the day they publish a cook book so I can try and recreate their magic recipes and eat Build and Bake every day 🙏🏻

Amazing.
Everything I’ve received from them has been anmazing and their customer service is really good. I had a parcel go missing (which later turned up at a different address!) and the response when I messaged was so quick.
The proaties are my favourite, I’d encourage anyone to give them a go if you’re on the fence!
Particularly recommend the red velvet and carrot cake flavour!! Well done guys

I’m a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to protein treats, I’ve tried them all, from generic bars from big brands to expensive home-made, small batch bars. The reason B&B has become my solid favourite is for the following reasons:
- Taste!! Their brownies & proaties are insanely tasty, every person who I’ve convinced to try is always blown away by the flavour profile & macros. It nothing short of wizardry. My firm favourites are White Chocolate Peanut & Kinder Proaties.
- SPEED!! The biggest downside of most of the homemade, bespoke bars is that they usually have such a long turnaround time, NOT THESE GUYS. Rest assured, make an order & they will ship ASAP.
- Communication… Emails are responded to quickly, Instagram is always upto date with the most recent products, restocks & new products. Every month is exciting & full of surprises.
- Discounts & Partnerships… I love that they have a good relationship with content creators & provide lots of discount codes so you can get a couple of quid off, helpful when you want to keep buying bars!

Delicous and macro friendly products, always delivered incredibly quickly and well packaged so no damage occurs, fantastic customer service- extremely helpful and speedy replies to DM’s- I would throughly recommend B&B to anyone looking for a sweet treat- you can’t even tell that they are ‘healthy’. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with next :)

I have been a customer (well more like apart of the B&B family) since 2020 and I can hand on my heart say they are the best business I have ever dealt with.

For them this isn’t just a business it is their love and their passion and this is so evident in the way they treat their customers - we feel just like family and also in the high quality of the range of delicious products they make.

They are always offering new, exciting and innovative flavours and they make being a customer exciting because they involve you in the choosing and paring of flavours - I love answering all the polls on Instagram 😂 I also love when I get a notification of a post because you never know what delights they are gonna bring out next - they just keep getting better and better - some of the flavours have blown my mind.

I really want to emphasise how Matt and the team go above and beyond to ensure every single order I get is perfect and they are always adding small touches like wee cute messages written on the boxes and also on my birthday they sent me a card🫶🏻🥹 It’s things like that, that keep me a returning customer - they are genuinely a hard working honest business. For them this is their love, they value the quality of their product and customer satisfaction over anything else.

In addition they have perfected their craft, their products are delish and I genuinely haven’t found any business offering anything similar that even comes close.

You guys are the best and thank you for letting me be apart of the fam ❤️

The products are DIVINE and I still can't believe the macros/calories are what they are!

I've used this company for a couple of years now and I couldn't fault them!
The products are great and tasty, the flavours ever changing, but if there's something you're craving, they are open to the discussion of making customs for you! I've recommended many people who also have gone on to use them long term, especially when fitting in with fitness goals.
I prefer the proaties as they are bigger and more filling, especially as an early morning, pre-gym food, but my wife loves the brownies/blondies as they are more snack sized and great as an after dinner sweet.

I couldn't sing the praises of this company any louder. These guys are wizards. Not only do they provide sensational low calorie, high protein treats that taste better than even any shop bought brownie, their customer is second to none and Matt and his team will go over and above to accommodate any requests or dietary preferences.

Where do I start with this amazing company?
Having tried my hand at baking sweet potato brownies previously I didn’t have the highest hopes but thought I’d give it a go. Let’s just say 3 years on and I’m still hooked!
The whole team are so approachable and on hand to answer any query and concern you may have. They cater to all requests and nothing is too much to ask! I suffer from an eating disorder and have a lot of anxiety around macros and calories however the team have been so reassuring and accommodating with all my queries and the passion they have for their products is clear. I am constantly awed by the new innovative products and flavours that they roll out.
In my day to day life build and bake products are staple snacks to fuel my recovery and heal my body. I love making dessert style yoghurt bowls with the brownies- they are so versatile and delicious- who says you can’t have cake for breakfast?
I highly recommend this company for the amazing products, clear communication and reliable delivery. There truly is no other treats like this out there and small touches like being able to customise your own brownies and monthly premium boxes meaning you are never getting bored of one flavour make them stand out ahead of all others in the healthier snack game ( but honestly you can’t tell they’re better for you.) A word of warning though - once you get that first box through the door you’ll be addicted - Thankfully they freeze perfectly :)

I am so glad I found build and bake they are honestly one of the best protein treats out there. They have the best customer service and are always willing to go out of their way for every customer. They come up with the most unique and creative flavours, you can really tell how much hard word goes into making every box! My personal favourite is the dark chocolate raspberry vegan brownie! Honestly don't have anything bad to say about this company 💖

Amazing bakes and completely macro-friendly. High protein that doesn’t hold back on flavour! Also, the kindness most decent people in a company that you could ask for. THE best customer by far!! 🙌🏻🥰💜

Obsessed, I have been ordering from Build and Bake for a little over 2 years and they’re my favourite addiction. So many varieties, something new every month, sometimes twice or three times a month and always delish. The perfect sweet treat packed with protein for when you need a boost. The B&B boys workout the macros for you and are always willing to create something custom or factor in any requirements, banging customer service with a polite and helpful reply in moments. Order! You won’t regret it. X

I have ordered many a protein brownie from these guys and i can honestly say that i have enjoyed every single one, they taste fantastic, now normally i am a scrooge and wouldn't pay for things like this but these are just so damn good you'll not be disappointed!

Also the team at build and bake are just fantastic, you can order your own custom box at no extra cost and they are always on hand to answer any messages, not had a single bad experience with them, even when i got sent the wrong box they were very quick to send me another!
