Packaged arrived promptly with some lovely quality items and shoes. Only marked down slightly as the coat I bought has a very thin lining and I wanted a winter coat (not clear from the one photo on the listing- so more photos or a brief description would be welcome). I’m still keeping coat as it was a bargain and is lovely! Thank you!

However we monitor our messages and emails constantly, so if you ever want to check if something is a thicker or thinner material before purchasing then just drop us a message and we can always advise you before you buy! Shrinked clothes
If you have the experience of a 3 kids or baby clothes, you should know how looks like a 6-9 months sleepsuit and to post them in the right range or to write on the description that are smaller.. I've bought a few from the website, but doesn't fit more than a 6 months baby.
They were shrinked, it's obviously when you look at them, you don't need to dress the baby even. And now I need to pay for the postage as well to send them back. I am doing business with the post office? You want to receive clothes for selling in good condition but you don't sell the same.

Hi Ana Maria, we are so sad to read this review, and I am really sorry to hear you felt the items were smaller than you expected :( Our customers are so important to us, and we would hate to think anyone wasn't happy - For this reason we will ALWAYS offer a no-quibble refund on the rare occasions that anything isn't 100% perfect, and we don't ask for items to be returned in these cases either (so you wouldn't have needed to pay any postage, or even visit the post office at all!).
Unfortunately seeing this review is the first time we have been made aware of this issue - I can't find any record of you having contacted us about any complaints or return requests at all, so we haven't had any opportunity to explain this to you and put things right before seeing this review. If you'd like to email us via the contact form on our website we will be happy to resolve this matter immediately for you.
When buying preloved items they will have already been worn and washed, so they may come up very slightly smaller than a brand new item, this is to be expected (although we do compare sizing with other items, and make every effort to remove items which are obviously shrunk if we ever recieve such an item in a bundle). We do state this on our website, and we always recommend that if your child is in between sizes then to bear this in mind, and perhaps go for the size up - particularly with items like sleepsuits. However as above, we'd always be happy to refund anything not 100% right, so that our customers can shop with confidence with us and not worry about sizing issues!
