Die Bug-a-Salt Gun ist absolut klasse!
Leider hört es damit auch schon auf!
Man wirbt damit, 1-2 Werktagen Versand!
Also habe ich am 29.06 per Sofortüberweisung bezahlt!
Auf meinem Kontoauszug, wurde das Geld am 01.07 überwiesen!
Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Bug-a-Salt ist schwierig, da niemand greifbar ist!
Es gibt keine Hotline oder ähnliches.
Also versuchte ich per Insta und Facebook mein Glück.
Dort waren 2 verschiedene Damen am Werk. Claudia auf Facebook, und Britta auf Insta!
2 absolut Inkompetente und absolut unfreundliche Personen!
"Wer nicht bezahlt, bekommt auch keine Ware geliefert, und jetz ist gut, sonst Storniere ich deine Bestellung!" Auf mein Anliegen wurde nicht eingegangen, mir wirfe mehrfach angeboten zu Stornieren.
Der Email-Kundenservice hat in der ganzen Zeit, überhaupt nicht reagiert,bis heute nicht! (9 Tage später)

Alsi ich dann an alle 3 mein Überweisungsschein gesandt habe, kam 5 Minuten später eine Email, meine Ware wurde versandt!

Rezessionen, welche den Herrschaften nicht passen, werden im Onlineshop nicht angezeigt! So auch meine!

Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen, schaut auf Google, es gobt noch andere Shops, die Bug-a-Salt vertreiben, und die interesse an euch als Kunden haben!

Schneller Versand und ein klasse Produkt. Da freut man sich doch auf den Sommer :-)

Surprised by other reviews, it's fun, but ours just seems to send a fine spray of salt out which doesn't bother the flies in the slightest. Edited to add - I messaged to ask for a refund, was sent a form to fill in and in less than an hour I received a refund notification. So, very impressed with the customer service!

Excellent product, amazing customer service, and now just got a lot better with the laser, hours of fun, they really do work, strange when you find yourself waiting for flies to come in ;-)
Not sure about all these bad reviews I have had excellent service and excellent support.

My wife for some strange reason thought to waste good money on two of these.
Total crap. Dont buy into this marketing hype. Whilst the product quality is good, it just doesn't work. You are far better off with a $2 fly squatter from the dollar store.
I think its tuning into the manly man ideology. There will be a mad flurry of use for two days until you realize its crapola, then it will be resigned to the place where all the other crap appliances live. Too expensive to junk, too crap to use.
Mine now grace the shelf of crapola in the garage along with the juicer, bread maker and veg peeler stripper shaper thing.

Ich hab die 3.0 und verwende mittleres Meersalz, ein Kumpel hat mir aufs nackte Bein geschissen und was soll ich sagen … war schon heftig!

Made an order on the EU shop by mistake and asked to cancel it right after by email, not even 10 minutes later.

Didn´t get any reply and they`ve sent it anyway.

Opening an dispute on Paypal and planning to refuse delivery.

You can’t contact the company via phone and they don’t answer emails. Can someone help me by letting me know how they contact the company.
I urgently need to cancel an item I accidentally ordered 3 of but to no avail.
Thought maybe the company is a scam?

Initially a good product but the salt container will fail within the year. Submitted for warranty eventually but was a couple of weeks over the year, despite it being faulty a long time ago. They will not do anything to help, they just offered a 20% discount (I can get it for cheaper from a reseller). Just another company that takes your money and has a zero care factor once the transaction is completed.

I knew this gun killed bugs but I didn’t know it would completely delete them and send them to the shadow realm! This is the best birthday present ever from my boyfriend. I no longer have to shout him constantly to kill spiders and moths because I’m scared; I’m actually excited to grab my rifle and make them go night night. P.s. don’t be curious like me and try it on yourself, it hurts..

Grundsätzlich ist die Idee gut, ich weiss allerdings nicht, ob nur meine Pistole oder alle so wenig Power haben, dass selbst Lebensmittelmotten nach einem Schuss aus max. 10 cm Entfernung einfach weiterfliegen, als ob nichts gewesen wäre. Reklamation beim Kundensupport ist nach nunmehr 10 Tagen unbeantwortet. Ich bin enttäuscht.

Bought the 3.0 bug a salt and after 2-3 days it stopped working. I processed a return and now they are charging me a $15 restocking fee (beware, if they restocking it, they will be reselling a broken one) How can it be a restocking if I returned it cause it broke after 3 days or so. save your $50-$60 bucks. I rather chase a stubborn fly with an OG fly swatter.

Amazing! Never had so much fun hunting flies and spiders. My whole family is excited to find a bug in the house just so we can use the gun!

Hilariously Effective & Much Fun. We first got one of these about 7 years ago from an online shop called “Dude Gadgets”. They work well, and are a lot of fun to use. A few weeks ago we ordered an additional 3 directly from the manufacturer in the US - one for us, so we can hunt in pairs with BBQ guests, and two that will be gifts for friends. The laser target designator accessory is highly recommended.

Urkomisch effektiv und sehr lustig. Wir haben sie vor etwa 7 Jahren in einem Online-Shop namens "Dude Gadgets" gekauft. Sie funktionieren gut und es macht viel Spass, sie zu benutzen. Vor ein paar Wochen haben wir drei weitere direkt beim Hersteller in den USA bestellt - einen für uns, damit wir zu zweit mit Grillgästen jagen können, und zwei, die wir Freunden schenken werden. Der Laserzielanzeiger ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We have these annoying flies here that are incredibly good at dodging. I bought the 3.0 as a form of desperate measure. But, my god it totally works. Now it's hilarious fun to blast those flies to smithereens. Bigger flies are sometimes 2 shots but the smaller once simply need one shots. Incredibly satisfying. Highly recommend

Love using this to hunt flies.... Seems well made .. could do with being a bit more powerful as you need to be about 12 inches away to kill one..... usually I shoot them from about 3 feet and that stuns them ,then go up close to send them to hell !

i bought in to the philosophy of bug a salt but after 4 months my gun has. at problem .. a simple one .. the lid on where you top up the salt broke at the hinge .. ( a result of opening and closing ) .. it now pops off after
two shots and the salt spills everywhere ,
contact bug a salt and not covered under warranty ?? .: a waste of over £60 , great idea and potential great product let down with a weak design and poor customer service ..
( offered me a discount to buy another )

Bug a salt is way way over priced its a gimmick to make quick bucks.if you want to be John Wayne or arnie running round the house shooting flies then it's for you.the old ways to kill flies our way cheaper.we tested a Bug a salt so you don't have too,and we certainly weren't impressed. So save your hard earned money
