Incredible product and customer services.

Enquired about a product I'd seen on someone's social media, the product wasn't available but they would do a custom order for me, it's just arrived and they're incredible.

Every member of the team have been wonderful and throughout the custom process I received updates of where my order was at (cutting process, sewing process etc).

Quick and easy ordering, delivery was also fast, good quality product with great designs to choose from. Fit is also accurate.

I discovered Budgy Smugglers UK earlier this year, bizarrely via the local pub. Since then I have ordered a couple of swimsuits, bucket hats and drinks coolers.
Each order has been delivered on time and the quality of their products is fantastic, and sizing is true to size.
In addition the hand written note with each order is a lovely touch!
Keep up the good work and I'll keep ordering, with you being my one stop shop for all swimwear (I just need to convince my husband to go matching now!!)

Ordered for my holiday and paid extra for next day delivery. DPD tracking has said "We've received your order details but not yet received your parcel" for 3 days straight.
When I raised this or customer services they immediately dispatched another one with a different courier and arrived next day.

Excellent swimsuit - probably the most comfortable one I own.
Having a discount code definitely swayed me with my original purchase, but I really love the costume. It arrived quickly and the service has been excellent. Nothing to take it to less than a 5 except maybe the P&P cost, but that's understood.

I was able to navigate everything really easily, find designs and sizes that were exactly what I wanted and the cost was not extortionate.
There's a great discount for joining the mailing list but also some other discounts are available too that mean you can get these great designs for an even better price.
I ordered 6 items and all were delivered quickly, exactly as described on the website (great quality).
I did have one issue where I'd bought the wrong size but the returns process was simple and fast, where I was able to get a replacement in the correct size within the same week.

I'd thoroughly recommend Budgy Smugglers for anyone looking for beachwear and accessories that are a bit different but also really comfortable - get out there and get Smuggling!

Amazing products, great variety of prints. Really good quality and last well. Have bought a number of both the men’s and women’s swim sets and can’t fault anything. My children love the matching accessories and picked up a couple of bucket hats too. Service has been fantastic and the return and exchange process was super quick!
