Budget Skip Services Ltd Anmeldelser

Shocking service. The driver damaged a manhole cover and neighbours kerb on delivery. The skip had a hole in the bottom causing mess and rust to stain the driveway. When bought to their attention they blankly refused to accept any liability.
Expensive - poor customer service - never use again.

We’ve been working with Budget Skips for many years now and honestly, they’ve been fantastic every single time. As a building contractor, having a reliable waste partner is absolutely crucial to keeping our sites running smoothly and they never let us down.

They’re always there when we need them, whether it’s quick turnarounds, collections, or last-minute requests. Their service is consistent, efficient, and hassle-free, which makes a huge difference when you’re managing multiple projects.

What really stands out is the confidence they give us knowing our waste is being handled correctly and responsibly. That peace of mind is invaluable.

Having Budget Skips as part of our supply chain genuinely improves the way we operate and deliver projects.

Highly recommend 👊

I recently used this company for a skip delivery and collection and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Eddie, the driver, was absolutely fantastic – professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled.
The entry to our property is very tight with limited space, but Eddie managed to manoeuvre the skip in and out with ease. He took real care to position it perfectly without any hassle or damage to the surroundings. His calm approach and expertise made what could have been a stressful job completely straightforward.
The whole process from booking to drop-off and collection was smooth, on time, and excellent value. Highly recommend this service from budget skips. Thanks again, Eddie – top job! 🚛💪

Great. Janice was helpful re removal.

They will leave the skip for days and days super disappointing, super disruptive. I suggest to use a reliable company then this one!

I can't praise the level of service enough. From booking to skip drop off and pick-up all staff were wonderful and the service outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

I booked a skip via email and called in to make payment, all was well, everyone sounded happy. I had a few tons of bricks all bagged up, they turned up nice and early on the scheduled window with my 4 yard skip. I got it all loaded and off in half an hour, real nice driver who was helpful, and best of all with this type of service I avoided needing a £70 permit, so a good day all round and got shot of a small mountain of mostly building rubble in one go. :)

I will be back for another in due course, many thanks for the no hassle service.

Easy to book a skip over the phone and pay.Prompt service and highly recommend.

Be very careful in renting a skip.
We have had 8 yard skips . Costing around £500 weight 1.5 .
We are a nurserie
It's soil and pots weeds
A builder can put any rubbish in
And gets charged less. Won't use them again .
I can get a skip else where for £272 no problem with wast as long as there's no plasterboard in there. My advice shop around before you pay up front

What a great service ..... Called up to order, staff polite and helpful ..... Driver delivering the skip totally at ease and relaxed about ensuring the skip was placed exactly where it was needed.
I completely underestimated the size of the skip I needed and it took a simple phone call to get it changed out
Absolutely fantastic service

Great price and Very helpful. I made a mistake with my collection date but even when. Called with an 18 hour notice, they managed to change the collection date for free. Loved the service.

I have recently ordered two skips from Budget skips. They both arrived on time were collected as arranged and the communication was excellent.
Really easy to use this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Always a pleasure to deal with this company fast efficient and always on time.

Wouldn't use anybody else .
Had a Couple of skips of them now and a few more to come . Always polite and helpful when I call. If I have to keep it a few more days from when it's due back they are understanding. Driver Julian so polite and puts it exactly where I want it

Excellent. The lady on the phone was really friendly couldn't be more helpful. There wasn't a skip available online for a few days when I looked myself but the lady on the phone asked for me and managed to get a brand new one out the same day!! Very pleased:
Not only is the price c.£100 cheaper than the competitors I spoke to, no one else could get one out same day (this was at 10am btw) or beat their price.

Best Skip company I've ever used. Don't bother ringing round or researching. I spent the whole day previous doing that before finding Budget skip hire (for the Coventry area that is).

Thank you for putting your customers first with everything you do.

Delivered efficiently and on time - friendly helpful driver :)

Professional, prompt service. I will definitely use again.

Rich the delivery driver was great. Friendly and helpful and arrived at the estimated time
