This was our first time working with Budget Elite Travel agency. Our agent Kai was very professional, polite and listen to our needs. Within one hour he presented us with 3 options and one of the options was just perfect for our trip. it was a smooth transaction and now we are just waiting for our trip.
We would highly recommend the service. We used other travel services before but this one so far was a best experience we had.

Andrea Diaz, travel adviser worked closely with me with meticulous planning of the flights. She negoitiated a better deal compared my on line site searches and other travel agent I worked with. She worked patiently through few issues and road bumps. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a seamless and enjoyable journey. She dis a very good follow up and timely advice. I look forward to their assistance, with all future travel need. Good prompt service, great follow up and timely adice and recommendations.
