Budget Dumpster Anmeldelser

Hi, I called to request a quote and was unexpectedly labeled as a fraud. I’m not sure why, perhaps it was due to my accent or some other assumption. For reference, the person I spoke with was Mia. :)

Everything was delivered on time, just as agreed.

We have used Budget Dumpster on four separate occasions and they have been excellent every single time. No issues, no complaints, stellar service.

I was always kept informed and had answers to any of my questions

I worked with Susan and she was so pleasant and efficient completing my order! She made the process simple. I'm a first time customer and will recommend the service moving forward.

They have no clue what they are doing. They are a third party that doesn't know what you need when you order the container. The container comes from waiste management and you can go directly through them, if you need an oversized trash can. Terrible service will never use nor recommend. When they delieverd the wrong container there was no one I can call. Orignally scheduled to deliver friday then the deliver was rescheduled to Saturday and couldn't even make the time window they committed to.

It was quick and easy to order a dumpster and Joe is AWESOME!!!!’

Susan - start to finish, Susan. Knowledgeable and professional. As this was a new experience for me, she was patient with my endless questions and offered much needed advice. The entire process stayed on schedule and I was kept informed of status during same. Thank you !

Amazing customer service. They have been my go to for all 3-4 roll off dumpsters. There prices have always been great for the the yardage I get and the amount I need to throw away. I usually get a dumpster for every big project I do in my home. I have never had a complaint about them. To the drivers I talk to, they have always been great people. Couldn't be happier.

I called budget dumpster and was greeted by a lady named Susan. Susan was thorough with the rules of the dumpster, made the purchase easy, and handled everything so professionally. The dumpster arrived right on time, the driver called in advance which was a plus. I love the 10 day allotted time woh the dumpster giving you plenty of time to get the job done. Will be ordering one from this company in the future again. Thanks Susan for making this first time dumpster order experience pleasurable.😊

I used your service 4 times in the last 3 to 4 months on our home remodel. Susan was most helpful every time. I will use budget dumpster again and recommend them to others. Thank you very much!!!

I was 10 minutes late getting outside for my dumpster delivery. Totally my fault. Beware there is a $195 missed delivery charge. I cancelled the dumpster. $195 seems a bit excessive. I'd have paid $50 but I'm not into a company that gouges! Good luck!

These people are really nice, helpful, really trying to help.
I strongly recommended this company.

The dumpster was not put where I had asked for it to be put not even close it was put just right in front of the driveway blocking the driveway blocking the vehicles from getting out the ones that were there I made sure that everything was cleared and easily accessible to put it where I asked for it to be put not two vehicles are blocked in and the door was blocked as well. Is there anyway to get this fix have it moved to where I asked for it to be put

Had a great experience with budget dumpster. I did a lot of checking with other companies and they had the best price. They delivered when they said they would. The pickup was easy to schedule online and they were able to pick up the next business day.

Very easy to order. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend their services.

My experience was amazing! I had never ordered a dumpster before. All my questions were answered and everything went smoothly. Special Thank You to Scott who helped me with my order.

Your service charges way too much. I will not be using you again.
