Have now been taking as instructed for four weeks; primary reason for taking due to suspected arthritis in wrists (12 months) and secondary reason for general joint stiffness and inconsistent sleep patterns. This surprised me...in a good way!
I decided to try CBD oil to help manage mood day to day. I read that CBD can benefit people with neurodiversity, and Bud & Tender was recommended on Reddit, so I gave it a go. I've taken 5% and 10% strength, but will probably go back to 10% - I preferred the more concentrated dose. I feel like it's had a really positive impact on my life; I am less stressed, can think more clearly etc. Give it a go - it's worth it.

I have been using Bud & Tender 10% CBD Oil for a couple of years now. I use it for pain relief because I have arthritis in my spine & neck, plus I find it helps me sleep which is a big bonus. I take the 5ml dose when I need it and find it usually starts to work in about 30 minutes. ✳️ There are many factors that need to be taken in to consideration when supplementing with cannabidiol (CBD).
Bud & Tender CBD Oil is a broad-spectrum CBD Oil, 100% natural, free-from artificial flavours, free-from THC (controlled cannabinoid) and has a gorgeous taste.
✳️ Much like your fingerprint is unique to you, your endocannabinoid tone is also unique to you and supplementing your body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) i.e. topping up endocannabinoids (produced naturally by the body) with plant cannabinoids (i.e. cannabinoids from the C sativa L. plant and one of the main cannabinoids being CBD for example) is a great way to try and achieve homeostasis – the balancing of the body.

e.g. test then build up to a balanced endocannabinoid tone reducing to a low and infrequent serving (all depends on the original reason as to why someone is taking CBD)
🌱 the administration of the CBD Oil (i.e. taking it under your tongue and length of time holding it under the tongue). It is really important that the CBD Oil is held under the tongue for as long as possible, ideally up to 5 minutes (min. 3).
Our CBD Oil does taste nice and no artificial flavours have been used to achieve this so holding the CBD oil under the tongue should be easy, it's just a matter of keeping it there 🙂 this will really help as it allows the CBD Oil to soak into the bloodstream through the soft tissues under the tongue rather than going down in to the stomach.

Sleeping better with a few drops of CBD before bed
Using a few drops of CBD before going to bed has helped me to sleep. In the morning I have a few more drops to stop me from feeling anxious. My partner has a serious illness and using the CBD oil is helping me to cope with the stress and sadness of knowing he doesn't have long to live. It is also helping my partner to sleep and cope with what's happening his body. We're using the 20% at the moment.
