I ordered in early August with a promised delivery by the end of August. All my official emails regarding the status remained unanswered. When confronted via Facebook chat, the owner made verifiably false claims regarding the communication and was rude. Only after a final deadline was set and a credit card chargeback was announced, the owner canceled the order and issued a refund. Operating a business in this manner means taking upfront consumer payments to serve as interest-free credits without fulfilling the contract in time. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable business practices. Avoid this shop.

I wouldn't advise anyone making a purchase from this company. I placed my order at the beginning of March and the day after changed my mind about one of the items. I emailed Mel to ask if I could change said item and got no response so decided to send a message on messenger which was responded to. Mel had no problem in changing my order which was brilliant or so I thought. Weeks later the order hadn't arrived so again I sent a message. Mel responded saying she had been waiting for something so she could do the printing. It would be nice to keep your customers up to date with what is happening! I was also due a refund of £70 of which Mel knew about but chose to ignore my messages yet again. This went on for several weeks so I got my refund back through my bank. I was then blocked from the Facebook page obviously so I couldn't leave any negative feedback ( hence putting it on here) We all work hard for our money Mel so don't you dare try keeping people's hard earned cash. Absolutely disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourself. If I could have written this review and given no stars I would have. I would advise people to steer clear.

Ordered on 14 March and was delivered end of March which is longer than delivery times on website. Never received any email confirmations about the order so no clue what was going on. Returned order on 2 April. Website says refunds up to 7 working days but two weeks later no refund and when I’ve chased I’m told I’m being rude.

I pre-ordered a jacket beg May with a promised delivery in mid-June. 8 wks later - still hasn’t arrived. No update until I emailed several times, at which point a reply came that the material was unavailable and I'd been informed by email (never received!).
I requested a refund and was told it would be processed "during the next admin run". That was days ago, and still no refund or confirmation.
For a website that states "7–10 working day shipping", this experience and attitude has been disappointing. If you can’t deliver the products, then prompt communications and an immediate reimbursement should be the minimum you can deliver!
