Although the website ordering ordering appeared straight forward I got stuck in a loop trying to backtrack pages in order to change the size of skip that I'd originally opted for. I phoned Louis who was exceptionally helpful and informative. Both the delivery driver and the collection driver where professional, cheerful and considerate.

The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Considerate drivers when dropping off/picking up but they do drive too fast through the village.

The lady I spoke to on the phone to order the skip was very polite and very informative about what could be put in the skip without extra charges.
I followed the info supplied about what could go into the skip without getting extra charges, so all good there.
The delivery driver was very helpful in getting the skip into my garden.
Overall, I am very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again

Great it’s a customer service and really friendly helpful people. Can’t say fair then deliver skips take away full ones put new skips where the old one was and you can fill them again!

A good experience start to finish. The sales team were great at answering our questions and booking the skip. Both drivers were able to access our somewhat inconvenient skip location. We were kept fully up to date throughout the delivery and collection process.

Simple & efficient.
Called to book a man with a van collection - was able to choose my date with only a week's notice.
On the day the driver arrived and loaded my items quickly with no fuss and then they were away.
Was the perfect solution for me, I didn't have enough for a skip but the items wouldn't have fitted in my car. Would recommend.
