Non-existent support once sale was completed
In order to add a named driver, I was told to submit the details via WhatsApp to the agent after purchasing the car insurance. Asked for a straight-through way to do this via the system as it concerns personal data, but all I got was no-response after this sale closed. Buyer beware - it’s early days and I’ve already experienced being ghosted once the sale is done. Lousy customer service on MoneySmart’s side… don’t think you can trust them to handle the customer support. They’re just in for the agent commission.

Before purchase, response to queries was excellent and fast. Very good and fuss free, experience buying car insurance from bubblegum. It is cheaper than most insurance companies too. It remains to be seen if claims are good too.
