very timely, helpful and great information to assist me in my decision

Tina was great. She was pleasant, helpful and quick.

Tina Mumpfield was responsive and knowledgeable about the entire process. Truly appreciative of her assistance and her willingness to help me in a timely fashion.

Fast and friendly. I needed my bond as soon as possible and within a couple hours Tina had it on its way. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

Excellent service. Ms. Lisa Radosavljevic is very professional, knowledgeable about the issues and prompt in her replies and follow-ups.

We have been with Brunswick since we started our law firm 13 years ago. They have always been very responsive and patient with us as we discussed our risks and our needs. I cannot recall a time when we did get a response within a day after any of our inquiries.

Ms. Kelley Wisor was outstanding I must state she was very helpful with assisting me to obtain a surety bond when I was denied by other companies. It was a real pleasure who made my process a whole lot easier so I could be the personal representative of my mother's estate. I rate her a 10.

Tina was incredible to work with. Was able to handle my request in days!

Fantastic company to work with! Highly recommend.

Ruth Pell went above and beyond great service in securing a bond for our project. When our original application process bogged down she shopped around and found another company. As a result of her efforts our bond requirements have been met and our project is a go.

What i thought would take around 4-5 days only took the end of one day, and the beginning of the next by noon. I'm super grateful to my contact Kelley during a difficult time for myself and family. She was able to walk/talk me through all my questions/concerns as i never had to obtain a bond and knew nothing about it. I would definitely send anyone who need their services to Brunswick without thinking twice about it. I wish i could give her more than 5 stars.
I'm very grateful Kelley, thank you !

Fairly easy process Tina was very professional great follow-up

Last week my business, General Contractors & Roofing LLC, was put in a bind by the City of Cleveland. Normally we could just have a bond emailed to the permit department . . . but nooooooo . . . they wanted a notarized hard copy and I had to have the project built by Friday. I needed to find a local company. With a Google search, the Brunswick Companies popped up near the top of the first page. I called and got connected to Kelley at the front desk who immediately connected me to Kelley Wiser a Sr, Account Exec.

Kelley completely understood my dilemma and was familiar with exactly what I needed for Cleveland. I filled out the documentation Kelley/Brunswick needed, emailed it back, got approved, and picked up the bond the following morning.

I believe I told Kelley that I know that I will need other bonds for other cities in the future and NOW I have a local business that I will use and recommend.

Thank you!

I have been obtaining payment and performance bonds for over 15 years from different companies. I finally find Brunswick and delighted to have Ruth Pell as our bonding agent. Never before have I experienced a more professional and dedicated agent who truly believes and practices superior customer service. I rate her FIVE STARS. Contact Brunswick for your bonding needs and ask for Ruth!

Kelly was extremely helpful when I reached out regarding Fiduciary Bonds. While Brunswick was not located in my State (which is the Court's requirement), she got me in touch with a local company that was ready and able to help.

Thank you, Kelly!

Christen G is an ANGEL! I have given her a run for her money time and time again. I am so grateful for her straightforward advice, patience and ability to get things done where other bond companies failed me. I can't thank her enough!

Because I need help and loan
