I have placed an order #RB6390 over 2 weeks ago and have no updates from your team on the status. When I send mails to you support email ID, they reply by sending me the shipping policy.

The shipping policy clearly states I can expect delivery in max 15 days, so I am not sure what is happening. It has been more than 15 days - I do deserve some response or explanation.

I have ordered once before and the experience was fine, so this time I ordered again. However, the experience is turning out to be not-so-great this time, since no one seems to be answering my emails and there is no other way to reach your customer care!

Why didn't I check TPor BBB before I made this purchase?! This company is an absolute scam, and I haven't received the product or a tracking number. Time to hit up my fraud department. Also, have contacted them 3 times with no response.

I ordered from the site and my credit card was charged. I never received what I ordered, and now when I try to visit the site, I get a message saying "Dear Visitor, You're not allowed to access this store." They seem to have blocked me, so I can't ask what happened to my order or register a complaint.

I don't know how to make this zero stars. Total ripoff. Men's size extra large was not bigger than a women's large. No way to return for a refund. Terrible company and product comes from China, not Switzerland

Do not buy from Bruno Amalfi. It is a disreputable and a scam. Product not as advertised. Poor quality. Refund was only 20% of item cost, and that only after pulling teeth.

After my order, I emailed 3 times, no answer.
I wrote on Instagram, but I am blocked.
I wrote to Shopify, but Shopify has not refunded my money.

The company/delivery company lost my package, had terrible customer support, bad quality materials.

BUYER BEWARE!!The order was very slow in coming. I didn't know it was coming from China (literally). Once received the cardigan was nice but very long. Now it seems I can't even return it for a refund, and if I took a credit I would have to pay the postage to China. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The product is not as advertised. I ordered a cashmere jacket which was not and the material was cheap. Additionally the packaging was damaged when the product was delivered so water had made its way into the products.
Despite a money back guarantee clearly stated on their website and a refund policy which states refunds are provided within 30 days of product receipt this turned out to only be 20%. I spoke with customer service who explained this offer of a refund was take it or leave it claiming they cannot make a loss after shipping expenses which I doubt were north of $100.
This was a terrible experience and I cannot stress enough how much people should avoid this scam.

Scam site. Facebook should not allow them to advertise. Items were not cashmere, not correct size. Company refuses to do anything. Do not order from them. They are thieves.

I bought a "cashmere" sweater that turned out to be not at all cashmere, but also bulky, ill-fitting, and ugly, unlike its photo. Furthermore, there was no Bruno Amalfi label, nor even an instruction tag on how to wash the creepy thing. A total scam.

Fraud / Scam website. Products are not as stated, two sizes too small, will not honor their own refund policy. Items were stated to be "Pure Cashmere" but appear to be some sort of polyester blend. Additionally, all labels on items have been removed. Items shipped out of China. Returns must be shipped back to China for exchange, or keep items and take a refund of 20% refund.

Not even 1 star. I’ve asked 3 times where my order is and absolutely no response. This is terrible!
Do not buy from this company as they are definitely not legit!

My parcel never reached me. Customer service of bruno amalfi isn't responding very well with kind of proofs. Worst customer care & worst service. I am never gonna buy anything from these guys again!

I ordered a sweater for my husband described as "Bruno Pure Cashmere Cardigan" that turned out NOT to be Cashmere. I wanted to return for a refund and was told that I would have to send it back to China at my own expense and "get a different size" after I had explained it was not a size issue! Could never get customer service (a total misnomer) to address the issue about the sweater's material. So much back and forth and no satisfaction. Will never purchase again from this company

The website said an item I purchased was cashmere. It was not. Additionally, there are no tags in the garment stating what material it is made of. Both items do not fit. When I ordered their website said that a return label would be included with the shipment. There was no return label. I contacted the merchant and have not heard back.

The company never delivered the ordered item and doesn’t respond to multiple efforts to contact them.

Absolutely terrible piece of clothing. It’s not cashmere. It’s too small. And they do not honor the return policy stated on their website. Clothing comes from China.

Update: disputed with my credit card company and I received a credit.

Did not read the reviews here prior to ordering. My bad. Company is a scam. Return process is different than what is shown on the web site, not full (20%), and you pay shipping to China. Product is poorly made and smells like poop.
