The fast delivery times and clear communication were top notch, as well as their customer service and installation support.

The unit was very easy to install, while there are no detailed instructions I don’t believe they are necessary, all the connectors are keyed uniquely so it’s near impossible to mess anything up. The Unit got up and running almost immediately.

I wanted to mention Patrick J, he is second to none in customer service. he was polite, clear, and eager to help. A+ all around.

I had some fitting issues with the product I purchased so I reached out to the support team. I was assigned a lovely bloke named Patrick who was always very happy to help and supportive throughout the whole process. He reached out to the technical team and passed on all help he could to resolve my issue. Patrick even advocated for me to his management team when the fitting error persisted and I requested a refund. Patrick has been amazingly helpful and has gone above and beyond to support me through this process. Cheers mate.

The head unit doesn’t come with clear instructions, but the customer service is excellent especially Patrick, their very helpful with any issues that might arise and the CarPlay works excellent.

I highly recommend Kevin at BRUMMSTADT SUPPORT for his excellent technical support and workmanship. Kevin recently assisted me with the installation and setup of a new head unit in my Pajero 4WD, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

His knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was working correctly were outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole installation process straightforward and hassle-free.

It’s great to find someone who genuinely knows his trade and takes pride in providing quality service. Excellent work, excellent service and highly recommended.

Even though I haven’t bought a product Patrick was still really helpful and was able to help me solve my problem

We bought the Brumstadt unit as replacement for CX5 2014 factory unit.

We went down the self install route which is certainly a quite involved process and we did hit a numbers of snags. YouTube and ChatGPT called in to assist. We also used (many times) the online helpline of Brumstadt and have to say they were brilliant at responding, and for us out of trouble with both the physical installation and then getting all the features working. Now that it is working the unit is very good. We bought the extra corded mic, which ended up being less easy to hear than the inbuilt mic. The reverse camera was also not compatible, had to get an auto electrician to sort that out. Overall happy with the device and the customer service was top notch.

We live in Europe.
Our old Honda Accord 2.4l 2003 model needed the original head unit replaced since it had been playing up for a while. (Premium sound system)
It was very hard to find a compatible recent Android car play unit but at Brummstadt Australia, they had the perfect fit!
They were really helpful and quick to respond. Everything went smoothly and they made sure of it.

Kevin was very helpful when trying to get my CarPlay to work. Got it fixed very quickly.

Honestly Kevin and the team at Brummstadt support that helped me out with the install and technical issues that come with installing into an old BMW. Quick responses and never felt like I was bugging them.

From the point of enquiry about my car and the version. I felt the responsiveness and the assurance that I placed the correct order. I then had a problem, after fitment with Android Auto connection and Kevin help me resolve this issue. In addition having not heard from me about a potential fix he followed up, un-prompted to check I was ok. I could not ask for more!

Fantastic help and support from Patrick . He's answered all my questions quickly. Follow up by him has been amazing as I still have had some questions. Absolutely loving my screen at last I have reversing and front cameras and maps. I also had tyre sensors ,dash cam and front camera fitted. The big screen is great. I'm very happy with the service from Patrick and would highly recommend him and the screen for my Ford Ranger .
