I recently made my first purchase with Browns. The website is wonderful, simple, intuitive and the products are photographed beautifully in a playful way. As it was my first purchase, I got a discount, which was really nice to receive. The purchasing process was very straightforward, as was selecting the desired shipping option. I selected the signature packaging, but it’s nice to have the option select eco packaging. My item was ordered on a Friday and dispatched on a Monday. I was kept up to date via email and could also check the progress on my account. Delivery took place on the Tuesday and was handled wonderfully by DHL. Thank you Browns for a great shopping experience.

Bought a ceramic vase on Brownsfashion.com for a friend’s wedding. The vase came in broken completely due to the ridiculous packaging. They put the vase in a box which could hold at least three similar vases and they only wrapped the vase without filling the whole box! Imagine how the vase bounced back and forth in the box. I pack a vase better than they do. The customer service asked me to return the trash. Now after sending an embarrassingly broken gift, I need to ask my friend to wait for DHL to pick it up or drive all the way to DHL to return it. Worst online shopping experience ever!!

I bought a handbag from Browns over $1000. Because this package needs to pay expensive customs duties, I contacted the customer service and asked for return. Their reply to me is that they will inform me of the return way within 3-5 working days. 2 weeks passed and their always replied that they have not received internal confirmation. I have told them that my package stays at the customs will needs to pay the daily warehouse fee. I need to return it immediately. I emailed them and called them, but they always told me to wait patiently. Excuse me, is it so difficult to confirm a return way for me? You just don't want me to return it!!!

Bought a cap on FarFetch that came from this store. They shipped me a totally different cap from what I ordered. They also did not let me return/refund the item. These people are a bunch of degenerate Londoner scams.

I recently purchased a pair of Raf Simon Cylon-22 high-top sneaker boots size 46 eu (UK 12) from Browns Fashion online website at a cost of £390.00 plus £5.00 delivery.

Upon receiving these white rather nice boots I tried on one boot and regrettably found it to be too small, I couldn’t even zip up the back which is a real shame as they looked great, I never tried on the second boot.
I repacked the boot exactly how they came to me.
I then contacted Browns to arrange a return which was painless experience.

I tracked the return via DHL tracking service and could see it was received by them (Browns) within one to two days after my pick up from the UK, so far so good

I them received a rather shocking email from Browns customer service to say there are some blemishes on the returned boots and could I explain these?
I have no idea how these blemishes have occurred all I know they were far to small for my Ogre sized feet.

They seem to be withholding my legitimate refund as they investigate the issue.
Are there any other customers out there who have tried to return an item and have had problems getting a refund from Browns ?

I understand they only have my word and need to see how the damage may have occurred, but I can assure you, it was not me.

I am awaiting a conclusion as to what happens next.

I’ll update my review when I receive further correspondence from Browns, hopefully a positive outcome but this has rather shaken me and wether I would make additional purchases, I’ve never had a problem with Matches or Mr Porter on making a return.

I purchased a $2,500 order from Browns and received an empty box, which has never happened to me before from any company i've purchased from. I inquired about what happened thinking mistake happen, and maybe the person packing my box just didn't include the order, and two weeks later, after talking to many people they said there is nothing they can do about it. After looking into this issue, I read a few other reviews about other people receiving empty packages. This company is absolutely disgusting. I can't speak for the store experience, but if you are putting your money towards an online order, I would try and find those items elsewhere or even better, shop small or from the brand itself. You think that it could never happen to you, but based on the reviews it seems like this happens often. I'm now out 2,500 from a big corporation who sent an empty box....

Savitri Rolland was very helpful in securing a limited edition Marla Aaron Jewelry set for me. She responded promptly. She even suggested a few pieces for my consideration and I am very happy with my purchases.

Do not buy from them. I purchased suit pants from them in summer for over $200. After ironing the fused inner lining got deattached in some areas and look bubbly. I was ironing with the temperature set to what the tag was recommended, so it must be the problem with the fusing, as I never seen anything like this on any other my suit pants/jackets. I contacted their customer support and they replied that this problem was caused by wear and tear! Mind you, I got these pants less than 6 months ago. Talking about sustainability! I mostly work from home so I haven't even worn them often. The store doesn't stand behind their product quality, even the inexpensive clothing brands are now offering you the products that can last years and Browns offers POS that meant to be worn for 6 months and then trashed.

I wrote this review because I already spoke to Seller's customer care who spent 2 weeks "working on this issue" and didn't resolve it. And then the seller gives a reply below that "they are sorry". This is not a first grade, where you can fix the thing by saying sorry for your mess. This is a money talk, you owe me money for the poor quality product you sold. You sold me suit pants that lasted barely 10 wears and then they have to be trashed because you call it "wear and tear" that the fusing gets detached. Shame on you

The team at Browns are very impressive. Friendly, enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable. The store environment is stunning and extraordinary. The curation of special experiences is terrific. The pop up cocktail bar was my December highlight. So much fun and a very special treat.

Loved the experience!!! I tried half of the store and got so much amazing advice and help from Mitch! Couldnt pick the favourite piece so again he helped me and offered to keep it on hold while i think about it. Then followed up and supported with placing the order. Absolutely loved it

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Freddie was fabulous and made everything so seamless.

I shop in Browns for last 2 years. I discovered the boutique thanks to my friend. At first I thought I won’t be shopping there as much as it looked like a little store, and I was more kind of Harrods client. But gradually I moved 100% with all my shopping with Browns. What is different? The team is a huge factor. All the gents and ladies from Guy’s team are amazing as Guy himself. I always shop with Mitch. I met him last year and he immediately understood my style. Since then my wardrobe improved. I stoped buying blindly same and similar styles, he always make sure that what I’m getting adds value and contribute to my collection some value and refreshment. He is always honest, always gives well balanced opinion- I love shopping with Mitch! I feel like shopping with my bestie! Plus he is always well informed about the new arrivals and literally knows everything about fashion! But his advices are priceless! This is why eve et visit in the store is a joy trip, where I can relax and have some fun trying and of course buying! My favourite store ever! Don’t be deceived by the small boutique - the collection they have is fabulous!i want to give a shout out to Luke for being amazing always !

Love the new flagship store, what a beauty. Great selection of jewellery, the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again very soon.

Browns has such a great selection of brands. Also Savi was so helpful in showing me the winter range. With her help I was able to get all my winter wear in one place. So helpful and Browns is now my favourite shop

The first time I stepped into Browns I was pleasantly surprised of a warm and welcoming experience .
I throughly enjoyed being in Simons company ,showing me all around Browns not only suggesting various clothing pieces I may like !! to the cafe / restaurant and walled garden absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend you step into Browns one of London’s most iconic Boutiques, I look forward to my next visit when I can sit under the cherry blossom in full bloom and enjoying a glass of English sparkling wine and few nibbles from Native the restaurant . And enjoying my new clothes purchase

I love my shopping experiences with Simon at Browns! They are such a treat. It’s more about the experience than the clothes I take home to be honest! It’s like going to the spa. The service is amazing and I just have a ball trying everything on and sipping champagne. Everyone is jealous when I tell them what I did at the weekend and show them my purchases :)
