Order not delivered for over a month. No reply on mail or instagram , they delete comments and dont reply dms. Still not recieved it. Will be cancelling it , ordered from elsewhere after waiting for so long.

First of all, you were very late with the delivery. And secondly you sent only partial order despite me paying full. And the response is also slower and standard rather than answering to the point.

I had ordered 3,4 products from this site on 14th august. And today I will be receiving only one, other products has no updates and even showing cancelled. This company has the most pathetic customer support, no one reply and even share you the details about the product. It's been almost 15days and till now I am not aware of the products of worth 1700. Don't ever buy from this site. If it had minus rating, then I would have surely choosen that.

Had ordered 3 items on July 25th. Out of the three recieved only 2 and the second delivery took way too long. The 3rd has not been delivered till date. No status update despite sending messages on WhatsApp. The chatbot drives you mad going in circles.

No update regarding the order. Tommorow is Rakhi day, and no update. What is the point ?

I have ordered from Brown Living 2 or 3 years before, and the products were mostly good, good quality. I do not remember whether it was on time. I did not try to track that time.
This time however, I have ordered based on estimated delivery time. It was all supposed to reach before the 31st. We are traveling on 31st.
So, 1 item came more or less on time in good condition, so I expected the rest to ship soon as well. But the remaining products appear to have just been picked up by the courier today itself, some yesterday, which means no way they will reach on time (more like a week late). Some items don't have any tracking code at all, still (after a week).
When I tried to connect with the support team via WhatsApp earlier this week, i never got connected with a person. The bot is not helpful.
When I tried a few days later, I tried to call as well, but nobody picked up. And I have been trying since and the call is not picked up nor does an agent reply on whatsapp.
Basically I have for nearly 3 thousand worth of oils and butters waiting to arrive, but I have no idea when it will come, and I will not be around to find out.
And, I cannot cancel the order.
I can understand due to festivals things can get a little delayed and thats fine. Thats the nature of cottage industries. But I can't understand that customer support is not functional, so that we can't sort things out properly.

Hi i express my highest concern in buying the pinball for which i have made full payment of 2700 rs in full and got the broduct delivered in the broken state . I had soo much confidence on your staff when they revert back however with no action as promised.
pleas let me know if the damaged part will be delivered or let me know the process to give the product back to you and initiate.
Please give clarity on way forward.

I ordered what I thought was a pretty wooden wall clock for around 2500. order number BL202557715. when it arrived, it looked nothing like the images I had seen while ordering. I requested a return. they have declined my request saying my item cannot be returned! why did they not tell me this before I bought the clock?

This is a scam! be careful folks while ordering from such web based platforms.

I placed an order on Brown Living recently. I received two out of the 3 products I ordered. There were no issues with that. However, I’m yet receive one of the products.
I have sent an email. I have called. U have sent messages but I have not received a response.
I received a tracking link almost two weeks ago, however, according to the courier partner the shipment has been cancelled.

Quality of the pyjama material is very bad and specially the colors
Mentioning maroon you have sent Burgundy color pent
And the overall experience is not good
There is not option for return

It was good experience right from product display in website and the right information and also shipping and delivery of the product overall it was nice to procure from your end.

I have not received my Yoga mat yet I have paid 20 days back but no reply
