Brilliant products, brilliant customer service!
What a great independent business! We bought a few different things in one order, loved them all but the photo frames were a slightly different colour to what we were expecting. We contacted Josephine, the owner, asking if we could exchange them and she couldn't have been more helpful! Fast replies, couldn't do enough for us to get it sorted and we are delighted with the replacements we received!
Can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brown And Ginger!

Fantastic company! First time ordering from them and most likely will not be the last.
Absolutely brilliant service throughout. Ordered some convex mirrors as other online retailers were constantly out of stock and then I stumbled across this shop. So glad I did! I ordered later on in the day and the next day they were all delivered! So quick.
All the mirrors were packaged really well. So happy. Highly recommend to anybody looking for quirky home accessories etc. and very affordable. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I apologise that it was a negative one regarding your experience with the flamingo wall ornament.
I’ve replied to the email you sent with a copy of the fitting instructions, which could also be found within the product description on the website and should have been included in the packaging in a red wallet (this can sometimes be hiding under the moulded polystyrene that keeps the flamingo safe).
I also advised that screws and wall plugs aren't included for this item (the product description states this too), to ensure the appropriate fixing types are being used for the wall it's being attached to (they vary vastly between different wall types) - this is for the safety of both the wall and the product itself.
I’m really sorry the courier damaged the outer box that was added to protect the flamingo on the final leg of its journey from me to you, I was very relieved to see from your email that the flamingo ornament did still arrive safely after the parcel's rough treatment during transit.

Great customer service! I ordered some items from here because…
I ordered some items from here because they were cheaper than a lot of other stores. there was a little hiccup with me getting sent one wrong item but it was rectified straight away and they sent it straight out and I literally received it the very next day promptly.
They even let me keep the wrong item instead of faffing on sending it back which was very kind of them.
The customer service was brilliant and they are actually really nice people working behind the scenes.

This company is an amazing small business that stocks quirky and unusual items. I ordered some ornate mirrors for my sister which took a while to arrive due to the Suez Canal issues but Josephine kept me in the loop all the time. I have ordered a few other items which arrived promptly and well packaged.
