My brother wouldn’t shut up about BROQ (he actually gave me my 1st bottle and then I just bought a 2nd one since I finished the first). My energy is up, my joints don’t feel like they need a WD-40 treatment every morning, and I’m actually remembering why I walked into a room. Sulforaphane (the main ingredient in BROQ) helps with inflammation, brain function, and energy. I don’t know the science behind it, but I do know I’m feeling a whole lot better.

It also helps the body detox. Which, considering I’m constantly breathing in car exhaust and other questionable city air, sounds like a bonus. Plus, if it really helps with healthy aging, maybe my brother and I will still be arguing about supplements when we’re 100. sulforaphane is the main ingredient in BROQ and the package comes with a description of it being tested and having the highest quality it can -- you can tell that this company cares about quality and delivering! Also I really expected this supplement to smell, but it doesn't :)

I decided to try this because of the way its' produced (no solvents) and it is supposed to help with all kinds of things such as inflammation, heart health, brain health, immune health and energy! My personal goal is to improve my health and when I read about Broq, I decided to give it a try since I lead an active life and want to remain healthy for my family. I decided to try Broq because the ad stated that it wouldn't irritate my stomach, and I had tried other Sulforophane supplements that did bother my stomach. Needless to say I tried Broq and after about a week, I felt more energetic, my thinking was sharper, and my body felt good. I'm so glad I found it!
