Excellent learning experience. Really supportive tutors. Always had prompt communications from them. Working at my own pace was great and there was no pressure to complete any tasks in a hurry. Perfect for anyone who is completing assessor qualifications along side a full time job. Online resources and learning information were well organised. Feedback was useful. Certificates came through faster than expected too. All good.

Thanks to all at Brooks and Kirk for guiding me through my assessor course during a very traumatic time in my life.It has been a difficult journey at times on my way to claiming my certificate and I lost focus for a few months due to mental health issues . Thanks to the support from my family and the brilliant support and encouragement from the super Brooks and Kirk team iwas somehow able to resume my course and in the end despite still having some issues able to pass my course. So thanks and best regards to all the team.

This is a completely honest review for anyone who is thinking of doing a course with Brooks & Kirk.
I called and asked for an explanation of the course and the staff went above and beyond to explain and set my mind at ease, the reason for all my questions is because I was worried if this is a real place or will it be a trick, like I said this is an honest review. With the reassurance I got and the pressure not put on me to sign up, I signed up and then got scared, I’m rubbish with computers and they will expect me to know what they know!
I didn’t touched the course for about 6 weeks even with emails to tell me they are there for me and what can they do to help, I was really scared to start!
Anyway, I began the course, I started to love it, if you needed help there was someone at the end of the phone you never felt stupid, every member of staff at Brooks & Kirk are wonderful and so kind, they are there to help and go above and beyond to get you to where you need to be.
I did this course coming from a beauty background, I completed a CAVA and AET course and the offers of work are hugely available once you have these qualifications.
I can’t thank Brooks & Kirk enough for all the help all the staff gave and the encouragement given. Thank you to you all.
If anyone is hesitating booking one or both of these courses, I encourage you to book with Brooks & Kirk, you won’t regret it.

Something I thought was really great, even though I didn't need it myself, was the fact they call at regular intervals to just check in and see how you are. I think for people who may find it hard to reach out and ask for help, they provide incredible opportunities to get support.

I have completed a number of training course with Brooks and Kirt from the Level 3 CAVA, Education and training to IQA each time the supporting has been excellent. From phone calls to go through work to emails and to the practical session. All the feedback has supported me to grow in my practice and develop my skills to where I am now.

I completed this course in difficult times ,lockdown and covid hindered my progress. My workload increased and I struggled to fit things in.

Having completed three courses now with Brooks and Kirk I have found them to be excellent. The pre-enrolment information is very good and they are happy to discuss the courses and offer advice.
The course material is of a good standard and support either by email or phone is very good.
Feedback given on submitted work is always fair and balanced and where work has come up short advice on what to do is always given.

This was my first ever online course and i was quite nervous about doing it online but after just completing my level 3 CAVA course with Brooks & Kirk and I have to say Laura Kirk & the whole Brooks and Kirk team have been amazing since day one. Always ready to help without delay. Always giving me a quick call regularly out of the blue to make sure everything was going ok with the coure and whether or not i needed any assistance. Always on hand for advice & support without delay. They really made the course flow and always stayed with me at my own pace throughout the whole course. I couldn't fault the Brooks and Kirk team. Well structured, easy to go through, good examples and good value for money.
Moodle was a dream to work with - no problems logging on or any other IT gremlins.
All in all, a fantastic and positive experience.

I was nervous about completing my IQA qualification but the staff at Brooks and Kirks are amazing and made it an inclusive, equal and fun environment to learn. My assessor Laura was brilliant she would arrange support calls and break things down into simple terms. Brilliant support from all staff and quick on marking assignments and feedback provided was constructive and kept me motivate, would strongly recommend Brooks and Kirk.

The whole online learning course is very easy to follow and access. I have never done a course such as this online before so I was a little anxious about how to navigate the whole process, but turns out is was was really simple. There is also help and support available over the phone also should you need it. Assignments were marked very promptly, with plenty of constructive feedback. I would definitely recommend using Brooks and Kirk.

I found the course very informative. The video presentations supported by written information and interspersed with knowledge questions ensured the training was engaging and accessible. I felt well prepared for the final assessment and I was able to complete it successfully. I would recommend this course.
