From the minute that I enquired about doing my assessors course with Brooks and Kirk I received very supportive and professional advice.
Throughout my course they were very quick to respond to any questions or queries that I had and support was given whenever needed.
I really enjoyed completing the course and this was due to the way in which it was set out and managed with easy access to the learning tools and portal.
The way in which the course is set out made it very clear and easier to work through and knowing that any problems I came across would be dealt with in a quick and professional manner by the team was very reassuring.
I would recommend anyone who is wanting to train as an assessor to use Brooks and Kirk.

I had been looking at doing the CAVA course with a number of providers and although many providers I spoke with were good, I felt Brooks and Kirk had the edge. I made a decision to enroll on the course and everything about the course I have enjoyed.
The material provided is great as is the learning platform and anytime I have needed support it's been a phone call or a email away and has always been great.
I have learned a lot on this journey and where some assignments I did not pass 1st time around the feedback had been great allowing me to learn more and pass the next time around.
If you the reader are at the stage I was a few months ago on making a decision, I would say go with Brooks and Kirk because you will enjoy the journey, learn and get qualified.
I am now working on completing the AET course with B&K and 8 months ago I had no idea about assessing or adult learning so thank you Brook and Kirk for getting me this far.

I would recommend Brooks and Kirk to anyone considering a course provider. I've completed three courses with them and they have been excellent during all three.

The courses I completed with Brooks and Kirk were well structured and easy to complete via moodle. The assessors provided robust, developmental feedback, which enabled me to complete the various units and tasks required to pass these courses.

This is the 2nd course I’ve now complete over the last few years with brooks and Kirk.
To think I couldn’t even turn a laptop on!

Having completed qualifications before, this is my first experience on line. The team at B&K were always happy to answer any queries and the course content was easy to follow. I found the tasks in Unit 1 easy to understand and found the tutorial information very useful. Feedback requirements and comments were always clear and understandable. I got significant help with my Unit 2 & 3 portfolio with many thanks to Laura particularly 😊

Was accused of fraud by the appalling customer service.. been trying to change my date from the the 3rd to the 12th for 3 months despite various emails and calls never resolved.. when I questioned there ability to run a course I got no where and nothing was resolved I am sorry to say avoid at all costs..

Coming back to assessing, I needed to update my qualifications & CPD. I spoke to a tutor and identified that the UPPA option met these needs which after a simple registration process I started.

I enjoyed the remote learning option as it was flexible to undertake in work time/IT and found the online platforms were easy to use, reliable and once I had submitted an assignment they were marked promptly by helpful assessors.

Once I passed the course, I used the newly gained knowledge to create a UK wide training programme for my employer, across some 50 organisations with a standardisation/QA process.

From the point of enrolment on my assessors course, Brooks and Kirk were really helpful. They communicated well with me throughout my learning journey and it was easy to access support if i needed it. The only improvements that i think could be made are to have one tutor assigned to learners. I received feedback from several tutors so it became slightly confusing at times as to who to contact. Also, although the learning content was fit for purpose, it could do with modernising including the Moodle platform.
Overall, i would certainly recommend Brooks and Kirk if you are planning to complete an assessors qualification.
