After a devastating fire numerous companies contacted us the following day.
The best thing we did was to choose brooklin claims.
Paul woodall was assigned as our loss assessor, which turned out to be the best thing that could of happened to us at this awful time in our lives.
Paul and his team took control and guided us all the way to the end of the claim sorting temporary accommodation for us and payments for deposits, even paying one estate agent for us because the insurance company were late paying.
I can honestly say we wouldn't of had a clue how to deal with the insurance company and without paul helping us would of ended up in a mess.

I was sceptical at the beginning using a company to take the rane as having a fire isn't something you imagine happening but Brooklin have been fantastic all the team at the office helping and chasing every detail and keeping you fully informed of every situation.

We had a very good experience with this company, they were very professional after we had a house fire. Everything was sorted out by David Rawstron who was always available to answer any of our questions. The team of builders they used headed by Ben did a great job bringing the house back to an excellent standard.

Brooklins claims were the best thing that happened to me after a fire at my home. They ensured that my insurance claim was dealt with smoothly and so much less stressful. They ensured that all the work needed was done , I don’t think half the stuff that needed to be repaired/replaced would’ve been done if it hadn’t been for Allan (our loss adjuster) and would help with communication with the contractors. All in all they made the whole process so much less stressful and always had my best interests at heart ensuring a fair outcome for me.

It was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, and we truly didn’t know where to start. Brooklin supported us after a fire destroyed our roof. David was very professional and helpful. Without his understanding of the claims and surveying processes, it would have been much more difficult. Roof and house now fully repaired.

One of the best decisions we have ever made was hiring Brooklin to take on our house insurance claim when we had a house fire.
The day after our fire we had several letters dropped through our door from various claims companies and we originally intended to not use any of them as we assumed the insurance company and the system in place would look after us, after a week or so of struggling to get any help or even any information from our insurance company baring in mind we had just lost our house and had nowhere really to live and no belongings they sent out a surveyor who told us that we would be lucky if we got a new kitchen a lick of paint and the floors cleaned, that was when we realised we needed help.
The first contact at Brooklin was with David who reassured us over the phone but wasn't pushy I think he even advised ringing the other competitors and choosing who felt right! He came out to us, checked our policy and just confirmed that our cover was suitable and everything was in order. We were then handed over to Paul who was our contact for the duration of the process (9 months) he sorted absolutely everything out for us from answering all our questions, arranging an interim payment for us to live off, sorting out our rental payments, right through to the renovation of our property.
They use contractors that they have an existing relationship with so that they know they are going to be reliable and trustworthy, their cleaning team did a good job and were thoughtful when it came to saving specific sentimental items that could be saved, their building team were very good and did a fantastic job of getting the house back nice and allowing us to make upgrades and improvements at an extra but reasonable cost.
It's not an exaggeration to say we couldn't have done it without their expertise and at times emotional and empathetic support.

At a very stressful time following a huge fire, I needed help and support from Brooklyn and got it in spades. The service from the team was 1st class, Alan gave excellent professional advice and nothing was too much trouble, there is no way I could have got through the process without their expert guidance so Thanks Brooklin.
