Having selected Broadplace as my development partner I have been very impressed with their end-to-end team, range of services and quality of deliverables. My brief required project management, design, development; including configuration and setup and testing. My project also involved working with a 3PL partner, accounting software and plugging in numerous Apps and elements of bespoke code to get the operation working as my business needed. In the course of delivering a complex set of outcomes, which were not all available off the shelf, Broadplace demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise and commitment and took our partnership to another level having become, at times, an extension of my own team and have taken full responsibility for the brief but also supported our business processes and ideation when inevitable obstacles presented.

The team worked hard to ensure that the front end looked visually appealing across mobile and desktop with intuitive taxonomy and ability for dynamic promotions. They also ensure the platform delivered functionally for my internal teams and ultimately end users who range from dynamic smartphone users to very cautious and timid internet users. They were proactive in making recommendations and developing innovative solutions, such as enabling B2B invoice payments in the checkout, which has optimised the customer journey and this has been reflected in the overall site KPI performance but ultimately conversion. The friendly and professional team were approachable and communicated well keeping me updated on progress and addressing any questions or concerns I had along the way.

Once live, their marketing support kicked off. This is their core business and they provided setup and config of email services via Mail Chimp (including integration to Shopify), supported accessing new database prospects, Business WhatsApp, Flyer and Brochure design plus social media, namely Facebook. I will also be utilising their skillset on SEO and Paid/Performance marketing in the coming months.

I would recommend Broadplace to anyone who needs high quality ecommerce services on Shopify and then all modern mediums of digital marketing. In a populated market, they have clearly stood out based on their approach and writing a highly complimentary endorsement is the very least I can do to recognise and recommend their services. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Since I have joined Closs & Hamblin, a year ago, I always felt that Broadplace was there working with us, not working for us. There is a major difference when you feel that an external agency works as an extension of your internal teams, towards the same goals and when agencies work separately towards their own goals.
I see Broadplace has been always working towards that same common objective with us and that is really valuable nowadays.
Paul and Melanie, are two great individuals who have always been there at a distance of an email or a phone call, ready to support us with our questions every time with a smile on their faces.

I do recommed Broadplace if you are looking to get some external help with your online campaigns.

Excellent and knowledgeable agency, Lewis and Sergio have been very crucial for growth month on month for multiple companies of ours. They have exceeded our expectations and helped us to reach our goals and maintain a very profitable ROAS.

I am writing this review to let other people know about our experience with Broadplace agency. As an eCommerce business owner, I am very disappointed.

I have contacted Broadplace in February 2021 to help us manage our Google Ads campaigns, as the person who was handling them was no longer able to work on them. We had over 3K online products and around £15K monthly budget.
They (Sergio) promised us amazing results and convinced me to give them the SEO as well because they work hand in hand with the Ads.
- Biggest mistakes of my life (so far, I guess).
They started working in March (we paid them in advance of course) and in March, they completely made us dependant on their system, we had some results in the first 2-3 weeks, but this is happening to all newly created campaigns. We were not able to have any control over the products and we couldn't push a product over the others. After I have insisted many times, I had been given access to their product editing system with no training and limited access. During our meetings I was told that this is the right way, just wait and have patience and also: "increase the budget" - because they had a bigger fee.
In April we also started "working" on SEO - with disastrous results. We have fired the freelancer we had before, who was doing an amazing job because we thought they will give us even better results. For the first 2 months, we had an increase in organic searches (everyone knows that results are coming slowly and these were the results of our previous freelancer's work) but in June and July, we were obviously going down. We got nearly to the point of bankruptcy.
The monthly costs for Google Ads (+ their fees) were the highest we had, yet the sales plummeted to the lowest we had.
We stopped in July and took over. It took nearly 3 months to get back to previous levels of sales and ROAS.
So, definitely do not recommend it.

For anyone wondering if this is genuine, I can post screenshots with proof. I just want to let know other online shop owners of my experience.

Broadplace was a great company to work with. Anjay was very communicative and helpful, giving updates whenever we needed, as well as providing us with the information needed to ensure that our ads were working to the best of their ability. Erin was an absolute star, her patience with working with someone who is very technologically inept is to be commended.

I would recommend Anjay and team. Friendly, simple google ads set-up. We had used two other agencies in the past with pretty rubbish results. We are now seeing almost a 10x ROI after just a few weeks which is seriously impressive. Very responsive to all my emails and even get a phone call every two weeks with updates. Professional firm.
