British Passport Pro Anmeldelser

I cant say enough good things about this service. I was skeptical at first about the passport timeline and process. It almost seemed too easy. Zana was very professional and helpful. He knew the application process inside and out and made me feel at ease. His company expedited the documents and kept me informed every step of the way. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Zana and the crew at British Passport Pro. Great service for a great price. Thank again, Phil.

Excellent service at every stage. Zana was very very responsive

They were awesome to deal with made the whole application process easy to understand I will be using them again

Great service, took all the anxiety out of it.

In a word: Excellent! Courteous, efficient, easy, calm, and a terrific experience all round. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service! Professional, friendly and prompt! Highly recommend!

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

What an incredible experience from beginning to end! From the first call I made until my passport arrived 10 days later! Yes, 10 days later, the service was as good as I've ever had. Zana is excellent at what he does. Very calm and reassuring. I couldn't be happier!

This service was outstanding. The telephone interview took place promptly as scheduled on 11/16/2018; the new passport was issued in the UK on 11/28 and I received it (and the old one) via DHL on 12/3/18. The total turnaround was 18 days. No way could I have done this on my own - I would probably have never seen my passport again. The fee was very reasonable for the excellent service and included the FedEx charge for the signed application papers from NC to Atlanta, courier service to the UK and courier service (DHL) from the UK back to NC, as well as the fee to HM Government. I highly recommend this service.

Very professional and helpful, willing to go the extra mile. Service was handled quickly and communicated each step clearly.

Zana was excellent, polite, and efficient. Could not have found a better company to use. I will use again and recommend to anyone.

Mr Zana Sabre, was fantastic and very efficient. He was very supportive and very professional from start to finish of my British passport renewal. I strongly recommend his services to anyone looking to apply for visas and passport renewals or applications. Thank you Mr. Zana Sabre.

I had a great experience with Zara- one always feels
Nervous sending out a passport to be renewed when it isn’t the passport agency but my husband needed his British passport renewed quickly. I was kept informed all the way through the process and all the details were taken care of. Very professional! Zara is extremely kind too which makes it a good experience. Thank you!
