FAQ's
What is your manufacturing and dispatch time?
All items are printed to order. We give a guideline of approximately 3 working days for your order to be manufactured and then sent Royal Mail tracked 48 or international tracked.
Why couldn't I amend my order after placing it?
To allow us to get your order out as fast as possible, we have built a slick internal system that means your order goes directly to print once it has been placed. We will always try to assist where we can but this isn't always possible. This also means it's up to our customers to ensure they have checked images, spelling and image positioning on their product.
Why is my image blurry?
You can find image guides in various places on our site to refer to. Images must be clear, light and as high quality as possible. If your image is dark, blurry and pixelated it won't look good when printed and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible.

After an issue with delivery (not the fault of British Made Gifts but Royal Mail), they quickly remedied it and item arrived a few days later. Exactly as I wanted. Great customer service.

Ordered a backdrop with pictures. The process was easy to upload images. Delivery was fast. The quality of fabric is impressive for the price. This was the most reasonably priced, compared to other online stores. Highly recommend.

Love my mini me dolls fast delivery to…
Love my mini me dolls fast delivery to I had within a week after placing order. This was something I wanted to put my dad on who passed away December 24 2025 at 6:30 PM news that I did not want to hear the day before Christmas so it was not a very happy Christmas for me. So hopefully this mini me doll will help lift my spirits up. My dad would have been 87 on March 18. R.I.P dad love you. I can now hug my dad with this mini me doll.
