FAQ's
What is your manufacturing and dispatch time?
All items are printed to order. We give a guideline of approximately 3 working days for your order to be manufactured and then sent Royal Mail tracked 48 or international tracked.
Why couldn't I amend my order after placing it?
To allow us to get your order out as fast as possible, we have built a slick internal system that means your order goes directly to print once it has been placed. We will always try to assist where we can but this isn't always possible. This also means it's up to our customers to ensure they have checked images, spelling and image positioning on their product.
Why is my image blurry?
You can find image guides in various places on our site to refer to. Images must be clear, light and as high quality as possible. If your image is dark, blurry and pixelated it won't look good when printed and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible.

Beautiful
I have bought two personalised blankets and a towel as gifts now and the people I have bought the gifts for have loved them. I have also received a personalised blanket as a gift and it is beautiful. I highly recommend buying from this shop if you want an extra special gift for someone 🙂

Ok product but very lightwieght material. Disappointed with the product, esp as a gift.
Easy to order. delivered in good time but disappointed with the quaity. very light weight material... can't imagine it would be very durable.

Beware Personalised Suitcase covers…
2 x Personalised Suitcase covers although the quality and print of the covers is first class, they are to small. I ordered large for my standard size large cases and really struggled to put the covers on, once I had managed to put them on they didn’t not resemble the fit as was shown when placing my order.
There are also no side slot in the covers for the handles making it impossible to lift a fully loaded case.
I would suggest when ordering that a large would best fit a medium and do not order a large size to fit the large case as you will be disappointed.

They are fantastic quality and because of the material you don't have to worry about the weather or them being ripped when they're placed outside.
