This company in my honest opinion is exceptional. Customer service, delivery but it’s the quality of the Burton Rose dressing gown I ordered in size petite (8). It is wonderful. The fit, the fabric which I adore.
The one beautiful thing about it is the symmetry of the check pattern that makes it truly outstsnding. I love it.

Love BB! Excellent quality, beautifully made items, everything I have bought from them just lasts and lasts.

Service, delivery etc absolutely great. Seemed a bit pricey individually so I bought multipack ladies full knickers which I now only use and all my other cotton varieties I have been trying are being binned. These are soft and comfy. Only slight downside is they won’t tolerate tumble drying (or ? Fabric softener) so I now have a sock drying hanger in my airing cupboard so I can dry them that way and that works fine. Have ordered more - enough said?

I bought two nightshirts a few weeks ago, I wanted to wait with the review till I had a chance to wash them a few times. Both washed really well, minimal shrinkage (as expected from cotton), still very warm, cosy and super comfortable. Great customer service. I will definitely purchase again.

Ordered two sets of pyjamas (different sizes) with a view to ordering more items if happy. I was not. Contacted some 2 days after they took payment cancelling the order due to lack of stock. Awaiting refund (which needless to say was not instant and apparently may 5ake a few days).

I have enjoyed buying and wearing British Boxer undies for years! And this time I went for the bamboo full panty. They are super. Fit perfectly and beautfully comfortable. Love them to bits - as I do my PJs too.

A great selection from a British business bringing quality, colour and comfort to bed wear. I own at least half a dozen pairs of checked PJ bottoms enough to make Rupert Bear envious!

Just good quality products, nice easy to use website. Service always spot on. I can't talk about responses to issues and problems because I've never had any problems.

Ordered two men’s medium nightshirts - as forewarned they size generously and are a perfect fit. Gorgeously soft fabric.
Ordering was very easy and they arrived very promptly.

I was totally shocked at the pjs when they arrived I’d saved up especially as they are over £100 and being elderly that was /is a lot of money for anyone. I went on the week before last and to my extreme happiness they had them reduced so I ordered them straight away 😡😲NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN THEY ARE SHOCKINGLY THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN IN NIGHTWEAR. The material is horrid BUT THE TENSION ON THE MACHINE WAS ALL WRONG AND DOWN THE OUTSIDE OF BOTH LEGS THEY ARE RUFFLED it’s as if a child had made them they are shocking never ever aga because they’re SOLEY who

I love everything I’ve ever bought from British Boxers! I buy underwear, socks, pyjamas and now for the first time slippers. They’re the quality I’ve come to expect and at a great price. Many thanks for my toasty warm feet!

My first purchase with British Boxers was in May 2018. Based on their response to the Daily Mail, where they basically told their advertising department to do one. However since then I’ve placed an additional 16 orders purely based on the quality of the product.

After buying dressing gowns and nightwear for myself and my husband British Boxers are my go to for gifts for the family and friends.

This is the second time I shopped at British Boxers after the first grey dressing gown for hubby as bday pressie year ago. This time I ordered the whole set of colourful Edinburgh Check dressing gown, both long & short pj trousers together with the tee shirt. They were meant to cheer hubby up after his colon surgery.

I was anxious if they didn’t arrive before we admit him to hospital. I couldn’t help send customer service an email next day to confirm if items could arrive in time. (Well when one couldn’t help the patient much, would start want to feel other things are under control. 😅) I got a speedy reply from Deb with update of the delivery. Very impressed of the customer service.
As promised, all items arrived in time. 🥳

Since consultant briefed us that the more the patient starts moderate walking the faster the heal, this whole set of pj and dressing gown played a key role as motivation. The second day after surgery, he changed into the beautiful gown and started walking in the ward. First get praised by nurses, then other patients and even passer by on the street. Hubby was so happy about it and had 3 times walk in one day (just to show off his posh outfit😂). His recovery rate surprised all the nurses and doctors, and was discharged on the fourth day. It’s a big success! Happy patient walked out the hospital with pride and smart dressing gown. (He refused to change back into normal outfit 🤷🏻‍♀️)

Yes items from British Boxers aren’t cheap, but I’m happy to pay for the excellent quality and customer service.

I'm very fussy about underwear and I love the British Boxers brand from the cut to the style. I'll be buying again and again.
I also got my parcel pretty quickly.

I am writing this 5* review for a few reasons: 1. the dressing gown I ordered is top quality, cut, material and design - and exactly as advertised and what I expected; 2. I received the delivery as expected without a million emails and texts or spam advertising from BB; 3. I have become recently skeptical when ordering online - companies use the UK as a front but actually are based elsewhere or the items are not what I ordered and/ or i get put on random and annoying mailing lists (which immediately makes me never order from the company again). I am pleased to write an excellent review for BB as, conversely, I was not inundated with messages to write a review.

Thank you for my blue herringbone brushed cotton dressing gown - I love it as much as one should love material goods.

Bought two multipacks of men’s bamboo boxers. Initially I thought the flimsy material was a design feature but after a few wears and washes, several pairs have small holes in them. At this price point I had definitely expected a better product.

Speedy delivery really comfortable underwear. Washes great cannot wait to try nightwear .

Top quality, speedy delivery, excellent customer service in the rare event of something going wrong, items wash well and last. Long term experience & comment provided here based on buying various items fairly regularly over the last four to five years. British as well!
