My bed is lovely delivered quickly

Originally we ordered a 60 inch headboard all in 1 piece and when arrived would unfortunately not fit up the stairs, the team where really quick at resolving this and actually for no extra cos upgraded us to a 70inch headboard and had it delivered the following week. Very good company and the bed is absolutely stunning. Totally exceeds my expectations. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bed and will definitely use again.

Bought the Alton winged ottoman bed in plush velvet. Quality is lovely and as pictured. Delivery was fast and well communicated. Chose to self assemble the bed and was provided with a video but no manual instructions. Manual would have been better as it’s not clear from the video which is the foot end and head end of the ottoman base frame, wasted time doing this part as the base does not go the full length of the bed and looks like it’s shorter than the mattress. So kept flipping it around trying to figure it out.

Just wanted a better sleep experience, I'm absolutely thrilled with the purchase, I bought the bed first and loved it so much so ordered the new mattress, this mattress has the perfect blend of softness, packing was pretty well like before, I feel like for the price, it's definitely worth it.

It's nicely constructed, the thinness and the size are perfect, very easy to put together, and my daughter lives it, I would definitely suggest this brand due to their excellent support before and after the purchase and the quality of the ottoman gas lift is really solid.

I love this bed, my grandson put it together for me and it took almost an hour, came very quickly and delivery went without a hitch. It's good and sturdy.

Our teenage boys really wanted a king size bed, so over the past two years we've bought each one these. the bed arrived in very premium packing, I chose cream plush, and the quality of the fabric is so good moreover the built quality is amazing too, assembly can be little tricky need 2 people with the patience (I will recommend going for assembly option if your budget is not tight), I'm very happy with my purchase.

The bed arrived quickly, delivery guy was really nice and helpful, the gas lift feature is too great, making it super easy to lift the bed up, anyone searching for an ottoman bed frame, this company is very affordable with amazing quality, you would not regret making this purchase.

absolute nightmare. ordered a small double and single. emailed to change to 2 singles which they were happy with and would refund the difference. I was told 17th Nov I would get refund this is now 7th Dec and now a thing. it should take 10days max. they also delivered one bed that has 2 of the same sides and a screw point that has no ridges to screw into. keep telling me new ones are coming and still waiting sleeping on a matress on the floor- can I add I am disabled and this is killing me. they told me they would refund me 60pound for the inconvenience weeks ago and not seen a penny! they then started to blackmail me and said I would only get the sides for my bed that I needed and also the refund they were due me because I'd paid small double and changed to single which they were happy about...... if I took down this review down. I refused to and eventually got the sides for my bed but they had the wrong rails on for the bed frame I already had been delivered. luckily we kept the old rails or we would still be bedless. they couldn't give a care in the world and you can call them as it rings out all day. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!. STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND OR I WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER

They say they sort out issues... they lie on trust pilot.
It's all rubbish.
I'm waiting months for my issues and nothing from them or customer service... the number on website for return dose not even work.

Rip of company 😪 so sad as I work and saved hard for 2 beds.

I guess like last time they will leave a reply saying there sorry and its being sorted?
By the way they had a go that I left a negative response on here last time!!!!!!

Amazing bed and great customer service from beginning to finish! The wife absolutely loved it. She was so happy with the design and been able to personalise the bed & head board to how she wanted it. Highly recommend this company! Thank you Britainsleep!!!

Wasn’t sure on measurements they were great help! Even got a free board for the storage.
Delivery the guys were really professional and polite. double checked make sure the right item was delivered and if all parts are there.
The bed is very sturdy! Amazing quality!

Happy with the bed it looks exactly same as on the website. Was very well packaged when it was delivered. hopefully I will receive missing instruction from the company soon as will need it when moving the house to make sure it’s put back together correctly. Only minus was that and late delivery due to broken van the bed came a day later and after 7pm on Friday night which is not ideal as took approx 3 hours to assemble without correct instruction

Omg. This bed is schmazing. Looks absolutely stunning. Ordered the super king in steel and love, love, love it. Soooo super easy to put together, I did most of it on my own. Nothing was too much trouble always got back to me and the quality is outstanding. I don't leave many reviews only when outstanding. We just moved into our new apartment and needed to get a new bed for ourselves. Since we didn't have any tools to assemble it, we decided to pay for the delivery guys to do it for us. we placed the order and were pleasantly surprised when the bed arrived in just a couple of days.
On the morning of the delivery, the guys called us in advance to let us know how far away they were. It was really considerate of them and allowed us to be ready to let them in. When they arrived, they were very polite and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with their service. Within just 30 minutes, they had the bed assembled and even took care of cleaning up all the boxes and plastic for us.
One thing to note is that the bed only comes with the mattress if you select that option separately. Fortunately, the delivery guys informed us about this, as they had encountered customers in the past who had made that mistake. We had chosen the mattress option, and I must say, it's incredibly comfortable. It strikes the perfect balance between firmness and springiness. It provides great support without feeling like you're lying on concrete, yet you don't sink into it either.
Another great feature of the bed is the huge amount of storage space underneath. This was really important for us, and we're thrilled to have that extra storage available.
All in all we would definitely recommend this bed. It's a fantastic choice considering the price we paid, and we're extremely happy with it. A huge shout-out and thanks to the delivery guys who assembled it for us. They did an excellent job, and their help was much appreciated

Love the look & fabric, It was easy to put together and great quality. I had my sons put it together for me. I do feel like it’s sturdy & solid. Bought mattresses. I love it! Make sure you don’t skip on the mattress!!

I absolutely love my bed!!!!!Great service (including courier's), accommodation my fast track delivery and no complaints, about not having any lifts where I reside. They designed my bed, showing me virtual evidence of updates and confirming if I'd like to continue with my original design, to my liking and was very easily approachable, with their vast response via email or WhatsApp message. With my continuous month's of being indecisive, they showed a lot of commitment, patience and understanding. I know I can continue to depend on them, when I need any additional support, with my current or any furniture in the near future.

Excellent customer service. The delivery and assembly was swift. Highly recommend. Very happy with the product.

Bed was delivered in good time, well packaged, had a problem with one of the side panels, responded very quickly, and not only are they bringing down a new panel, they are fitting it aswell, 1st class service!
