Communication with the office was clear and precise. The cars in both directions (to and from the airport) were very clean and comfortable.

Avoid at all costs. The phone operators are fine and helpful but the standard of cars and drivers are shocking.
The vehicle sent for our transfer was not fit to be on the road. The driver pulled onto the hard shoulder 3 times to pour bottles of water into the engine.

Return transfer lied about flight tracking and was going to arrive 50 minutes late (after a 13 hour flight with a 3 hour further car journey) until we cancelled it.
Shocking - avoid avoid.

Simply the best service!! I had to book a very last minute airport transfer from Manchester to Worksop and this company pulled out all the stops to help. The car was immaculate, the driver was punctual, polite, helpful and friendly. Safe driving… and the cost was very reasonable!

Booked a taxi for airport for a 4am pickup

Woke up to an email sent at 1130 pm saying their driver couldn’t make the booking.

Two questions I’d have would be why didn’t they call rather than notify me by email.
Second question which transfer company has one driver in the whole firm.
Pickup was for me, wife and kids.

Stressful scrambling for another taxi at 330 am.

Reliable and timely

We’ve used British Airport Transfers on several occasions and have never been let down. On our most recent trip, both journeys (to/from Heathrow) were excellent but we think that Abdul on the return journey, went over and above. We’d had a fairly traumatic holiday (my sister had been hospitalised) so we were definitely not at our best. He was early, and was waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a relief, he slowed down without complaint to accommodate my sister’s slow progress to the car, and took all our cases. Traffic was heavy but he kept a steady progress (no unnecessary zipping from lane to lane) and got us home safely and in good time. He also carried my cases up the outside stairs to my front door, for which I was enormously grateful. His manner and conversation were pleasant and informed. Would definitely recommend this company.
