We were promised a “free vacation” but even after paying more money and choosing two vacation dates we still have no idea where the cruise is bound. Very disappointed. We paid 7 grand for this

Very high pressure. Ceasar's attitude was offensive. Went through 4 presenters before getting to the 'free trip'.one presenter stated to us tell me " Why your not going to purchase"
Your not truthful, or forthcoming. Very sad. I will spread the word.

I want to give it zero stars but it doesn't allow you too. I was scammed for the free gift prize wheel at a Christmas craft show, so don't fall for it. No free gift! Then you pay a deposits $29 "seating fee" it's in your own home if you fall for it. Then if your schedule doesn't work or your not interested in their scam. A vacation membership that will still cost you more plus all the other travel fees/taxes. Please look into them and their reviews.

If I could give it zero I would, say through their terrible presentation and told them no, man talk about customer service going out the window. Their friendly sales force turned mean fast. Worst part is the 1 hour meeting was at the 2 hour mark when I gave the final no. Still waiting for the free gift that I know will be impossible to book. Do yourself a favor you wont get the 2 hours of your life back, this is definitely a scam.

I was invited into a Brio Vacations zoom seminar in October of 2024. Although I was a little skeptical when I signed up, I have to tell you what an amazing experience I had on my first vacation!
I booked a value week in myrtle Beach in a 2 bedroom for the Christmas week for my family for $155 for the week!
It was such a beautiful property and my older sons thanked me for their Christmas present of future traveling!

Fraud. Many of the sales reps statements where fraudulent.

Just want to add to the pile that this company should be shutdown for fraud. I’m not stupid but went to the zoom just to refresh my memory on these scam tactics. Fake exiting of people not paying attention, tonight only deals, an hour of repeated crap. It’s not an hour. It’s 2-3 because at the end they keep moving you to others who lie to you.
The restaurant certificate is to restaurant.com which is a coupon to lousy places not near you.
The free cruise (Casablanca travel takes over) asks you for hundreds of dollars to pay a tax deposit !! My guess is that they still make money because you pay that and get some skank vacation.
So, go to the event if you want to waste their time but don’t waste your money. They are pond scum.

My wife and I attended a zoom presentation in May of 2024. At that time, we chose to not accept their offer to join. But we were promised two 5 or 7 day cruises for an up front cost of $ 198.00 guaranteeing a total refund at any time. We paid the $ 198.00 and tried to plan the trips. As it turned out, flights offer were not close to the cruises. After talking to a Brio representative, we chose not to take the cruises because of all the add-on fees. That was 5/28/2024. After several phone calls and no help, we still have not received our return as of 12/11/2024. At this time, I consider this a scam.

Very unprofessional we were o. 20 minutes early like they asked both my wife and myself.
They said we had had to be on the same computer. So my wife came and sat with me but the chairs were different heights. The lady said the chairs had to be the sames heights even know we were both on camera. We told her we couldn't change that so she HUNG UP ON US! what a peice of crap company

We received a glossy, personalized postcard inviting us to join a focus group, with the promise of a free cruise in exchange. It seemed too good to be true, but given the effort they put into the postcards, I decided to give it a shot. We scheduled a video call, but things felt off right from the start when the host insisted we remove our virtual background.

They explained the deal: sit through the entire presentation, and at the end, you’d get the promised gift. Simple enough, right? Well, 45 minutes into the presentation, our connection was abruptly cut off with a message saying the host had removed us from the call. We were then redirected to a screen reassuring us that we’d still receive the gift.

I reached out to them a couple of times to request the gift, but it never arrived. When I contacted them, they claimed we weren’t eligible because we "left" the presentation. I clarified exactly what happened, but all I got in return was silence. These guys seem shady, to say the least.

We had set up to do a zoom meeting with their affiliate BRIO Vacations, we were on time and taking notes and being interactive with the presenter. We got booted off and so we tried calling back in to rejoin and they said that they couldn’t get us back into the zoom meeting. We did get a survey asking about the presentation and at the bottom it stated we would be emailed our gift within 30 minutes I believe. Of course we never received it and I have made a minimum of 10 calls trying to get our gift, always going to voicemail and NEVER getting a response back. This was a big waste of our time and very poor customer service from this company.

We got a postcard in the mail. Went on the zoom. He asked us to google a specific review (obviously it would be a good one) but I saw this review ...so I said, "when you asked us to look at reviews I saw..." and then immediately a screen came on that said THE HOST HAS REMOVED YOU! Note that he (Craig) asked us to google RSI vacations and not Brio. I would rate Zero stars if I could.

It is a scam. You will never get your free cruise or voucher! No one ever answered the phone. We have been trying since June to reach them. We haven’t had a chance to try the vacation part of it, we just want our money back! Wonder how we get a class action suit against them?

Complete scam. Vacation timeshare pretending to be a travel agency. All blind links to claim prizes. There are no gift certificates, free cruises, or refunds. Run!

We received a postcard that appeared to be sponsored by The Travel Show offering a free cruise for attending a 90 minute Zoom presentation. Once on Zoom we were told we had to stay on camera, make eye contact and participate so they would know we were paying attention. If not we would be booted off without receiving the promotional gift. No call phone use either. They emphasized throughout that they were not selling time shares. Instead they were selling a lifetime travel member with Brio vacations. Same hard sell tactics and pressure. Needles to day we weren’t going to plunk down $10,000 on the spot. They pressured us, bringing in another sales person before finally accepting we weren’t going to buy. Although they promised we would get our cruise voucher. We did not. Total scam. They made tons of promises about saving money on luxury vacations, yet wouldn’t allow anyone to verify this. Although I’m glad we didn’t pay anything,it was still shady and a waste of time.

We received a flier postcard in the mail. We did their Zoom intro (90+ minutes with 4-5 other couples) and ultimately made the mistake of signing up.

In short, their website (and the Concierge too) does nothing other than get the exact same price from whatever cruise, etc. you are looking at, directly from that company's website. You're just jumping through Brio as a middle-man.

We are frequent cruise travelers and were duped into buying the membership. You have a 3 day 'right of recission' depending on your state. We did not get our login info until the end of the 3rd day (which was really day 5 with the weekend). Website and cruise line prices were identical. Called the Concierge, who they say gets the "best" deals. Price was exactly the same for 4 different cruises we picked. One we picked to compare was a cruise we were already booked on. Their price was $1500 more than we paid, but it did still match the current price and the cruise is 9 months off (plus you may or may not get the deals like free WiFi, booze, etc. which the cruise lines routinely offer. What I am saying is: pick a cruise from whatever cruise line. The cruise's website price and Brio's will be identical. When the Concierge was pushed for pricing info, the lady admitted it is just the same as the price on the website.

Their VRBO type places were actually more than the VRBO site for the identical place.

Brio Bucks: Your $50 a month fee converts to Brio bucks at 1 for 1, but only for places they allow. In addition, we discovered there is another fee, never mentioned except in the contract (page 2), and that is an Annual Servicing Fee of $299 a year.

They tout up to 15% back to you on cruise bookings after you cruise. Any idea how much cruising you'd have to do to get your initial $7300 to $15,000 back? And you'd need to pray they would still be in business.

We did send a letter within 3 days to cancel. We did not get a cancellation notice in a timely manner, about 5 days after Brio received it, and challenged the charge on our credit card. We presented a 3 page letter and 11 attachments to the credit card company supporting our case. The charge was cancelled.

Searches also show they have several State Attorney Generals pursuing litigation against them.
