Brimstone Energy UK Anmeldelser

We asked Matt Hilton of Brimstone Energy to come and tell us why we were no longer getting energy from our solar panels. He came a few days later, established that the inverter had finally given up, and sent us a quotation for renewing it. The amount quoted was about a sixth of the amount suggested by two cowboys who had visited earlier under false colours. We paid a deposit and Matt came not long after and fitted the replacement inverter in a couple of hours. The system now works again.
We found Matt to be courteous, knowledgeable, honest, comptent and site-clean. What more could you ask for?

Quick turnaround time, excellent service with no hassle.

Brimstone communicated well with us throughout the quotation and installation process and were always ready to answer any questions we had. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we have been delighted with the results. We were so pleased that within a few months we added an extension to the solar panels by adding them to our garage to catch the late afternoon and evening sun. We immediately went back to Brimstone and gave them the additional business without hesitation.

Brimstone did a fabulous job at recommending and fitting a solar panel system.
Matt was very thoughtful and thorough from the start, always happy to answer questions and provide any information I needed. I always felt in very safe hands, and there was never any sense of sales pressure.
The fitting was timely and tidy, staff all very competent and friendly, and everything was done when promised.
I’m delighted with the power being generated ( even though it’s the dead of winter) and have no hesitation in recommending the Brinstone team - an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Nice neat installation, friendly team, boss stayed behind to help sort the connection to my slightly weird Wifi setup.

I discovered Brimstone Energy via the Powervault website, and Matt responded promptly to my inquiry and coordinated a visit to discuss our requirements. During this initial meeting, Matt demonstrated considerable expertise by identifying that the installation of a Powervault battery system would necessitate intrusive electrical work in our newly renovated utility room. He recommended an alternative GivEnergy battery solution, which met our needs and avoided unnecessary disruption. Matt supplied detailed, itemised quotations for both solutions, enabling us to make an informed decision to install the GivEnergy system. The installation was scheduled at our convenience and completed within one day, as agreed. Communication with Matt and the Brimstone team remained clear and efficient throughout the process, making it a positive experience. We have found Matt and the Brimstone team to consistently uphold their values of trust, integrity, and quality, and we would recommend their services to anyone seeking a dependable provider of sustainable energy solutions.

Matt responded quickly to our request for an EPC report. He was very thorough and completed the report the same day. We highly recommend him.

What more could I ask for in an installer
Fabulous!

Brimstone were responsive and flexible, providing me with the requested certificate within 24 hours

I completed an online query with regards to getting an EPC for my house. Matt got in touch with details and availablity. He was polite and respectful and did a thorough job. The EPC was uploaded the same day which was impressive! Payment was easy and the invoicing was all handled via email after the job was completed.
I would not hesitate to use him for other jobs in future.

Lovely new Tepeo ZEB boiler installed, and all fully project managed by Matt & his team. Highly recommended.

Full boiler replacement, from horrible old back boiler to shiny new Tepeo ZEB. Long overdue refresh, and looking forward to saving on my bills this winter.

Matthew arrived on time for the appointment and conducted an energy performance assessment of my home in a very professional and efficient manner. Throughout the assessment he was polite, respectful and considerate in answering my questions. I was also very impressed to receive an email later that evening with a link to the certificate on the gov.uk website. I would definitely recommend Brimstone to others.

I worked with Matt to find the most appropriate heating solution to replace my old oil boiler looking at all the options, surveying the property and then through the purchasing and installation. A single point of contact and a seamless install made the whole process painless.

Matt was keen to visit the house from the start and give us a plan that worked for our house/needs (Everyone else just wanted to give a web based quote). He listened to us and explained well what he would recommend. He was happy to adapt to any suggestions we had. Matt was very responsive to any questions we emailed over and if felt the whole installation was well planned and well executed. The team worked until 7pm the day of the install to try and get it finished in one day then came back to finish off a few minor bits the following day. Matt has also been great with after care, answering questions and helping us identify which appliance in our house was draining our battery.

A job really well done.
Proactive with planning, implementation and minor snag resolution.

Very thorough installation from Brimstone, who were best value, came when they said they would, sorted out teething issues, and we are very pleased indeed with the set up.

Every company should take a leaf out of Brimstones fantastic, professional service delivery. From start to finish they have been faultless and their after sales help is second to none. A company you can rely on to do the job 100% of the time. Thanks to all the Matt's we are a very happy customer ready to recommend and use again.

Matt was very thorough with his understanding of our requirements and of the current set-up (we have a relatively complex scenario with an old house and already have solar PV elsewhere on site). Matt proposed solutions and was very happy to adapt and help shape the right outcome. Installation was swift and seamless. I have no hesitation recommending Brimstone/Matt.

Purchased 2 GivEnergy smart plugs to join my newly installed GivEnergy inverter & battery solar system. Really pleased to find these smart plugs being sold by Brimstone Energy UK as I struggled to find them, they were reasonably priced, promptly delivered, and good value postage costs. I will be buying again with confidence.
