The representative was late for the demo. He offered to send a teammate and I agreed. Teammate didn't show. I waited over 15 minutes but no one showed on the call or dialed my number to explain. Then the rep sent me repeated rude texts when I told him that I was "all set." So not cool!

My rep followed up with me regularly and helped me get account setup. Thanks for making this process smooth.
