PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM BRIGHT TARA! IT’S FRAUDULENT AND FAKE!
I ordered a blazer which was £49.94 at a discount (original price was shown £150). When I received it a week later, it was nothing like what was shown on the website. I ordered size M (as I’m UK size 12), but it was very small, with no labels or tags on it. It is made of very low-quality fabric material with no lining and looks very cheap and horrible. This piece of clothing value is max. £5. Their website offers 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. I contacted them - they replied to me asking for photos, which I sent them the next day. Then they offered me a replacement for £16.95 shipping fee, which I refused and then they offered me 10% refund, which I also refused. I asked them to provide me with a postal address for a return and full refund, and there was no further response.

Can’t leave zero stars!! I ordered brown women’s loafers £44.99 size 5.5. Firstly size look more like a 3.5 with a 36 sticker. Very cheap material, not real leather, fake plastic stitching. I’ve sent multiple emails including pictures they requested and am still yet to get a response.

I was sent a cheap, appalling quality pair of shoes, in a plastic bag, with no box and no protective packaging and they were not at all like the shoes pictured.
Not even in the slightest.
One star is too much for this company.
They pose as an upmarket London Store but there is no store in London. They offer refunds on their website but I have now been trying since 2nd October to get a refund. They do not give you the address to return. Instead they offer alternatives over and over and ignore your request to return. They reply once a day with the same appalling alternatives, clearly dragging the issue on for as long as possible. They state that they provide free returns if the item is damaged or incorrect but they do not have any intentions of honouring this. I am now pursuing the issue with my credit card company as I am not prepared to lose £49 to a bunch of crooks and have been advised by Mastercard that they will have to issue my full refund within 30 days as stated on their website. I suggest to anyone out there who is having this problem to do the same. And to everyone else - DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIGHT TARA LONDON! THEY ARE FAKE! THERE IS NO BRIGHT TARA IN LONDON!

Do not buy from this company. Shoes were not as described, very substandard. Still trying to get a refund for over a week. Stay well away.

Terrible company
Ignore postive 5 star reviews, theyre from the company which is based in china. Misleading customers with false photos of items on their website. Ordered some loafers, what i received was not what i ordered, cheap, hard shiny plastic shoes when it said real leather. Horrible smell, arrived in bubble wrap with no box from china. Website says london. When you try to ask for a refund they keep sending you different options (other than refund) asking you to choose another item abd you need to pay to send item back. No address, no returns label. Stay away from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It might look as though you are buying from a London store but in fact goods are sent from China. I ordered what where described as leather loafers. What I received was a pair of shiny, rigid pseudo leather (plastic) shoes. Cheap materials. Added to which one of the uppers was dented. Trying to obtain a refund has taken many emails....they try to tempt you into offers such as 50% off another purchase. Eventually I managed to get a return address: CHINA. The cost of postage to be at the buyers expense even though the goods were not as described and defective.
Postage to china is very expensive so beware please I will shout from the rooftops about this company being a front for cheap shoddy goods from China.

The jackets I received are too good and that too at reasonable prices !!!
