Bright Removals Ltd Anmeldelser

We decided not to try to return to the UK during all the CV19 lockdowns etc to pack and move out of our house, so we had Bright Removals pack our house it all for us! Our housesitter videoed the contents for Bright Removals so they could quote and estimate delivery etc. They then packed and transported our belongings to our new home in Denmark. Slightly stressful to do it all virtually - I think I even left dirty dishes in the sink! haha But Paul and the team dealt with everything without a glitch. After packing the house of all our belongings it went into storage until our apartment in Denmark was ready for us to move in. Lots of moving parts to the whole relocation but Bright handled everything without stress, breakages, or errors at all. SUPER happy with the whole team, Thank you so much Paul and Anna.

Despite Covid and Brexit, everything went smoothly and was dealt with very professionally. Excellent time-keeping at both ends (pick-up and delivery). One small set-back: one from the delivery crew ignored all the labels on the boxes and the rooms, so quite a few boxes ended up all over the place. But this was nothing in the grand scheme of the move. Just s slight irritation...
Thank you very much!

Fair price. Timely delivery and professional behaviour. Would definitely recommend it.

That's the second time that we work with Bright Removals. The staff is very professional and the service is excellent!

Excellent service, Bright Removals helped us move to Germany from the UK any the whole process was smooth and completely painless. Would absolutely recommend.

Good service. Very professional

I moved from Austria to UK with mainly boxes and a few items of furniture. The initial assessment was done via video chat with Anna, the quote I got was reasonable also in comparison to other quotes I received. Communication was great, and I was able to add an item later into the move at no additional cost. Bright Removals took care of everything, the movers were very friendly and none of our things got damaged in the process apart from a small chip in one piece of furniture.

Great communication, good value for money, friendly team and uncomplicated process - thank you very much!

Moved from UK to Germany in July 2021. Bright Removals team 100% professional from first contact on. Perfect communication, planning and handling. Never had so few stress when moving. Good job and thanks again!

I worry about a lot of things so when we decided to move to Germany, the biggest worry/mission was to find the reliable removal company. There are many removal companies out there and after having done through research and read all reviews, I contacted 10+ companies. Bright Removals was always very quick to respond but was never pushy and with their competitive quote, I decided to go with them.

From the very first contact until the day we received our belongings, communication was impeccable. They will always respond to my emails within 1-2 days and provide answers to all my questions. I was also worried about the custom after Brexit but again, they knew exactly what to do and we just had to provide documents they asked. On the day of collection, they came right on time and two friendly gentlemen loaded their truck quickly. They also wrapped 1-2 things that were difficult to pack with large cling film so it won’t get damaged during the transit. I was kept updated on delivery date/time and exactly 2 weeks later, they delivered our boxes right on time (again!). All the boxes were in very good condition - in fact, not a single box was damaged!!

I am so happy that we chose Bright Removals, they have been so efficient, reliable and everything went so smooth (to my surprise)! I will definitely use them again for my future relocation.

Highly Recommended! I moved from London to Germany. Bright Removals took care of everything, I just had to provide the right documents.
Thank you for all the help and the quick delivery.

Very reliable and professional. They took care of all aspects of my home moving to Germany.

Highly recommended!! We moved from London to Frankfurt and Paul took care of all the paperwork and customs. Brexit made it difficult but Paul and his team made it very easy for us. Many thanks for that! We also used their packing service which was worth the money. They even build up furnitures which they build down before. This was of great help to us.

Good value for the money, great communication, fast delivery and a very friendly office/ movers team. We couldnt have asked for more. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Paul and his team when moving from Germany to the UK. The initial quote was fast and reasonable, and they understood that we didn't yet have a completed list of items. The customer service prior to the move was excellent, they helped us with the documentation for customs and provided advice, and were flexible around our needs. The pickup was seamless - they arrived exactly on time and took care of all of our big and bulky items, and it was delivered to us with no issues whatsoever. The team were super friendly and efficient.

Moving during a pandemic was stressful and we were so glad we decided to go with Bright Removals and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

The entire team of Bright Removals has provided an excellent service for our move from the UK to Germany. All is in place at the right time; communication is seamless; advice for an all but easy process for customs clearance is provided with expertise.
Bright removals can be highly recommended and completely trusted.

I was really nervous about trusting a company to move all my possessions and furniture from Austria to the UK. I found a few companies online but read some bad reviews, then I found Bright Removals which had very good reviews. Communication with the company from start to finish was excellent, and everything went smoothly on moving day. All of my belongings arrived safely in the UK within 2 days. I would strongly recommend Bright!
