Great quality product, good price, arrived quickly, does exactly what it's supposed to.

Excellent products, excellent communication, and reasonable prices. The only downside is the shipping costs, which are quite high overall. Of course, this depends on factors such as the country of origin and destination, but there are also postal flat-rate schemes for businesses that take the cost off the customer’s shoulders. I imagine such schemes exist in the UK too. So, one star off for the shipping price, but otherwise I’m completely satisfied.

Overall excellent. However I had to wait several weeks for the item to be delivered. So be aware, you might have to wait a while.

Swift delivery, high quality components used and value for money

I found out about bright onion pedals through Google Gemini. I am partially cited and wanted a tap tempo pedal that was a decent size and painted a bright colour so it would stand out separate from my pedalboard. I describe what I wanted to James by email, paid an incredibly reasonable price and received my pedal only two or three days later. I couldn’t hope for a better Service. Thank you.

Excellent pedal - great quality, at least on a par with any of my other pedals. I particularly appreciated being able to get hold of an ABCD pedal as there aren't many around. Communication was excellent and delivery, especially given these pedals are built to order, was very quick. I would absolutely return to Bright Onion for an future pedals and recommend them without reservation.

Exactly what I was looking for, a well made, straightforward patch box for my pedal board. Even in their standard range they have a good selection of various configurations. It is nice an compact so fits neatly beneath my pedal train board. You can even specify what the enclosure and label colours. Had never heard of these guys before, but very glad I found them. Great little product. They build some really useful kit when it comes to pedalboards and on stage setup, and it doesn't cost the earth.
