I highly recommend using Bright Box Financial Services. They secured our mortgage in a timely manner and ensured any issues that arose were smoothed out as we went through the process.

Getting a mortgage, getting advise when needed was super easy with Max, Helen and the Bright Box team. Going into the decision of buying an apt in London, we never thought it would be this effortless. Max was always on top of things, email responses were always in a few hours, calls were instantly answered. The experience was great! Highly recommend the Bright Box team.

Incredibly responsive and professional mortgage advice from Max and Stephen, wouldn't hesitate using them again. Very accommodating to my mortgage needs, able to justify all decisions along the way and sympathetic to my pre-coffee stupidities. Guided me through the long and annoying process of multiple dodgy house valuations.

I was umming and ahing getting a mortgage broker given I knew how mortgages worked and I knew what I wanted, surely I just fill in a pile of paperwork from the bank for the mortgage I found on MoneySuperMarket? However my decision was justified very early on when I was able to communicate all via email (by choice) with no laborious paperwork, simple upload of payslips etc and Bright Box did the rest. They also knew which banks accepted which income multipliers, something MoneySuperMarket don't tell you. We were able to pre-file all the paperwork so could apply for a mortgage on day 1 of offer acceptance, reducing my fears of gazumping. All for a very reasonable fee.

All in all, top work from Max and Stephen. See you in 5 years for my remortgage.
