Complete disaster form start to finish, phoned for a price on a transport trailer, I was quoted under £30.00 the following day I phoned to pay for the trailer, it had gone up to £50.00, they wanted a £250.00 bond/ deposit no problem, except they could not take the payment over the phone, so I did a 45 mile round trip to pay it, at no time did anyone say they need our identification, which would have made sense, but looking back they had the card details, so our man was waiting while we sorted out the identification, then we were told, quite rightly so that the trailer was not compatible with a pick up truck, and we needed a drop down hitch, so all in all not so good, let’s see if they refund the money as they said they would.

Excellent service from the Bridges team again. Hired a van for a camping trip and everything was effortless. Vehicles are all clean and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy to deal with.
Van was so clean you'd have thought it had come out of a showroom.
The LWB I hired was a good strong van, pulled like a train.
On collection the van came 3 quarters full. The guy doing the walk around said to bring it back "around 3 quarters full".
Return was a bit hectic as there was a long queue but goes to show how popular they are.
You could see the guys were working hard to get everyone sorted and on their way.
