Had a really great experience working with Bridges Estate Agents. The whole team was professional and efficient throughout, but I have to give a special shoutout to Matt Parsons — top lad! He was hands-on, actively engaging, and genuinely went above and beyond to guide me through every step of the process. By far the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. Full of top professionals who clearly care about their clients. Highly recommend!

After using 2 other estate agents, Bridges (Hook) managed to book more appointments within the first 10 days than the previous agents put together! The sale process has been long but Kathy has been invaluable to the whole process, chasing and keeping us updated - she was on the journey with us. I would recommend Bridges to anyone else looking to sell.

I have employed the services of Bridges Letting agency in Fleet. From the start of meeting Sam Burrows at my property, she was extremely professional and attentive to my needs (especially on the basis I have never been a landlord before). Literally one week later, I have a tenant signed up and Sam has kept me abreast of everything on a regular basis.

Ben Granville is Top Man at Bridges, Ash Vale. He brings the village to life with his effervescence! He has a winning personality, his kindness to us and his endeavour to ensure a good sale was of paramount importance to him. He has a way of making people feel valued and relaxed in his presence. We had some challenging times yet Ben was always available to actively listen and helped to remedy situations for us with his amazing communication skills. His professionalism and polished appearance give the client a secure feeling in the knowledge that this gentleman has the client’s best interest at heart.

Kerry's assistance is meticulous and she is always responsive and helpful in booking engineers' visists. The outstanding service we received has incentivised us in extending the contract with the Tenants for another two years.

They showed NO enthusiasm or interest in selling our property in Woking and was a waste of three months! There is nothing more to say. Most of the phone calls was us chasing them for a response. Stay away or advertise with multiple agencies if possible.

Huge thank you to Jasmine Robinson at Bridges Estate, Farnborough. She was professional but so personable at the same time and really took the time to listen to our requirements for our next forever home. Nothing was too much trouble, she kept us informed and updated at every stage and happily made time to do second viewing.

Due to my son’s work relocation - we had to walk away from the fantastic house Jasmine showed us. We would definitely recommend anyone moving to Farnborough to ask for Jasmine at Bridges.

As first time buyers we are very greatful to the team in Ash vale especially Hayley she helped guide us through the process with ease, we were keen beat the stanp duty and Hayley made that happen, her guidance support and advise guided us through. I can honestly say the service received from them was excellent.The phone was always answered and all my queries were dealt with promptly.

If you are selling your home in Hook you HAVE to go with Bridges! They sold our flat on first viewing - they are worth every penny! Kevin came out a couple of times to talk us through the process then took fabulous photos of our flat! He was so nice & made the early process a breeze. We were so excited to get our first viewing & even more shocked when they sold our flat full asking price on the first viewing!! Kathy then took us on at Bridges to get us through the sale process & she has been fabulous! Nicest lady & incredibly helpful getting our exchange over the line. It's so nice to feel supported & like you have someone fighting your corner helping you every step of the way. We cannot thank you enough Kathy you are brilliant! My experience with Bridges agents, at the Ash Vale branch was made great by Hayley Levy. I wouldn’t have been able to make my new home purchase possible without all her amazing work.
