So I recently purchased a transit custom off the guys at Bridgend.
I purchased the van without viewing it in person and put a lot of trust into watching video clips of it as it’s a bit of a distance to get to.
Both Darren and Elliot were excellent with communicating via both telephone calls and emails. They went out of there way to reply to questions I even had reply’s on evenings or on the weekend.
They don’t pressure you at all with any purchase which is a massive selling point for me. The van came exactly as they said it would, it was delivered to me within 2 minutes of the day and time stated. I would definitely buy again from bridged van centre.

I decided to not view the van in person as it was advertised so well so i bought it over the phone! I've always been skeptical about buying a vehicle without seeing it in person first, but the video walk round put most of my worries at ease...
Im pleased to say that after taking delivery the ford transit custom signature that the vehicle looks superb!

Im 200 miles away from the dealership, delivery was spot on the driver (sorry i forget his name) was about 20 minutes early... which i was very happy with, oh did I say the vehicle looked superb as I spotted it outside my house 👌

I decided to upgrade my VW Van to a newer version, having searched Auto Trader for a few months found that Bridgend Van Centre had exactly the model, spec, age etc that I was looking for, from the very first phone call i found Elliott & Darren both a delight to talk to, they new the product well, were very polite, and courteous, I visited Bridgend a few days later to collect the van, again they were very obliging in running through any controls i was not familiar with and making sure I was comfortable with the purchase, all the paperwork was completed by them , including the Tax, and sorting out the registration transfer for me. Cannot fault the company, Well Done Bridgend Van Centre.
