My $13,512 payment is stuck, and support only sends me back to the platform
I received my pay through a USD account on the 1TCH platform, which uses Bridge for its payment services. To open the account, I accepted Bridge's Terms of Service and completed its identity verification.
On October 27, 2026, a $13,512 ACH payment for my contract work arrived. Two smaller deposits from the same client had gone through normally. This one has stayed at "processing", and it has been neither credited to me nor returned, as far as I can see.
1TCH told me the payment was under review by Bridge. Later it said the transaction was rejected because a request for information wasn't answered in time. I never received that request. 1TCH has also said the funds will be returned to the sender, but has given me no date or trace number.
When I asked Bridge for help, I was told to contact the platform. Bridge then told me it has "no direct relationship with end users" and can't confirm details or start a return. But Bridge's own documentation says customers with a USD account must accept its terms and complete verification. So the platform points to Bridge, and Bridge points to the platform.
Bridge has since told me that a team member is handling my case. All I have received since then is the same standard message, with no status, return date or trace number.
I don't know where my money is, and no one will tell me. In my opinion, a payments provider should give a person whose money it handles a clear status and a way to reach someone who can act. Without that, people like me are left with nowhere to turn. I have offered to provide my contract and payment records at any time.
I will update this review if the money is returned.
