Kay was very helpful and efficient in organising everything for us, including the translation of my fiancé’s birth certificate. It was a lovely little ceremony and everything went smoothly thanks to her preparations - I would certainly recommend her!

After 2 1/2 weeks of contacting Kay we were married in Gibraltar.

Kay was responsive, honest, organised, and so incredibly helpful. She walked us through everything we needed, including the complicated covid travel test requirements, we just followed instructions and showed up when and where she specified and after 3 days, we were married! We couldn’t have done it without her.

Couldn’t do anything more for us. Kay was quick to respond to emails (even in the evening) everything was clear and concise - the wedding pack gave us detailed instructions on what we needed to do on the day before and on the day of the wedding. Kay answered all of our questions quickly and our day went smoothly. 100% would recommend Kay to anyone. We had a lovely wedding, just me, my new husband and our baby! It was perfect!

Kay got us sorted very quickly. Everything went as planned with all the necessary steps for a non stressful wedding. Also Gilbraltar is a beautiful city to visit, full of history, and everyone is so nice to you. Thank you again Bride Gilbraltar.

We just got married in Gibraltar and couldn't be more delighted with the service received! From start to finish, our wedding planner Kay got us married within 7 days of first contacting her for any last minute availability. The basics were all we wanted but we got a lot more in terms of service and expert knowledge from this planner.

My now husband and I had to postpone our wedding last year due to the lockdown and although we eloped we are now having a party back home. If you're thinking of getting married abroad, consider Gibraltar and get Bride Gibraltar to arrange it for you!

Kay is a scam artist!! Do NOT book your wedding with her company. We’ve been charged hundreds of pounds by her only to be told that our wedding date was not confirmed because she required additional information from my partner and I at the last minute.

She had several weeks to gather all of the documents she required from us, but she waited until 2 days before our “tentative” wedding date to tell us she required additional documents.

Our experience with her has been an absolute nightmare! Long story short - we’ve lost thousands of dollars because of this scammer. The woman is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive (she takes days to respond). I honestly don’t understand how she’s even legally able to run her company?

Our wedding has been completely ruined because of Kay. I wonder how many couples this woman has ripped off since she’s been in business?

Stay far away from this company!!

Kay, again you had several weeks to advise us of all of the documentation you required. April 20th until May 16th is considered “several weeks”. You had more than a week and more than two weeks to gather birth certificates, passports and any additional documents you needed to provide to the Registrar, which is YOUR JOB. Not mine or Kofi’s. We paid you for services that we did not receive.

We provided the documents mentioned above two weeks ago, and you sent us a message two days ago requesting additional documentation advising that Kofi’s birth certificate would not be accepted by the Registrar.

You take several days to reply to our messages and phone calls, which is unacceptable, and yes it is unprofessional. We’re not the first couple who has had this type of experience with you. Do take a look at your one star Google reviews.

Nobody ever mentioned anything about May 28th, and we both told you this during our phone call together two weeks ago. We told you from day one that May 28th would never work because we are moving that day. I’m confused as to why you’ve offered this date to us several times?

I also do not appreciate you accusing my fiancé of omitting information from me. I have been privy to all of the communication between yourselves.

After this terrible experience in dealing with your company I felt compelled to warn anyone else of engaging in any type of business with your company.

By the way, I’ve also reported you to Trustpilot for sharing confidential information such as full names and place of birth in an open forum. Very professional of you.

Kay, You refused to proceed with booking us for our ceremony until you had the additional documents in hand. I’m not quite sure what your referring to when you mention that we missed our booking? We were never booked for any reservation with the Registrar as you noted last week when you told us at the last minute that you needed additional documents.

So you knew we wouldn’t be able to attend. Yet you made it seem as if we no-showed our ceremony? Thank you for responding here. I now have all the documentation I need to file a formal complaint against your company. You did this in retaliation to my negative review about your company.

You’re only implicating yourself by continuing to make false statements. Which proves my point stated above. You’re arguing with me (a paying customer) in a public forum to protect the reputation of your business? I’ve never heard of any legitimate company that successfully conducts business in which they refuse to take ownership of their mistakes and patronizes their customers.

Kay, your reply was removed by Trustpilot, not me. And it was removed because it was a unethical and violated Trustpilot’s guidelines by sharing private information about my fiancé and I in a public forum.

I did not defame your character. I have stated factual information with plenty of email evidence, and invoices from cancelled hotel and flight reservations to back up my claims.

You have shown everyone here in this forum the manner in which you conduct business. You have been called out for deceptive business practices.

Not once have you acknowledged the financial impact that your actions have had on my fiancé and I, and you fail to understand overall extent of this situation. Not once did you apologize, you never even provided us with a contract on your company’s official letterhead (we requested this from you multiple times), you never called us to make alternative plans after stating that you needed additional documents from us. It is your responsibility to keep us in the loop about each piece of information that is required throughout the process - that’s what we paid you for. We aren’t wedding planners, you are.

I advise you to take this experience and use my feedback to improve the way in which you interact with your future clients.

Kay was AMAZING, I cannot believe I got so lucky that I found this company and this incredibly professional, clever and efficient person that is Kay! I am very grateful that I was able to marry during these times and could not have done it without her help! 100 star review if I could!

Kay is knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive.
She explained in great detail everything we needed to get married in Gibraltar, and even helped us sort out last-minute contingencies.
Kay booked all our appointments and set up us with wonderful people to work with (photographer, commissioner, registrar, witnesses, etc). She also booked a wonderful venue for me and my now wife at the Sunborn Yatch Hotel.
I can say for certain that we couldn't have made our wedding happen on our own.
I definitely recommend Kay and Bride Gibraltar.

With all this Covid business going on and not being sure what lay on the horizon, so we contacted Kay to ask if she had a slot available for the following week (half term). Kay had one opening and she organised it all at short notice.
We had a fantastic few days in Gibraltar with great weather, lovely hotel (The Rock), getting married, other varied activities and lovely people around us......the commissioner of oaths, photographer, registrar and the helpful lady at the registry office, all contributed to making it a pleasant experience.

Our wedding took place on 4th November 2020 , when most of Europe was descending into the second Covid 19 chaos .This was the second attempt to marry in Gibraltar ; the first attempt in April had to be cancelled when the borders were closed .
Everything went perfectly as planned this time ,from leaving our home in Algarve on Monday morning , until we returned on the following Wednesday evening .
We were treated with helpful courtesy by all concerned ,and thoroughly enjoyed the simple ceremony.

A big thank you to Kay and her team at Bride Gibraltar for organising our wedding at the Caleta Hotel. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everything was organised and dealt with in a friendly, efficient way. Our wedding day was perfect and everything we hoped it would be, we would give 10 stars if possible!

We want to say a big thank you to Kay, our wedding planner and her team, she organised our wedding in the most professional way possible, she even adjusted some details which turned out to be even better then what we expected. We got married at Sunborn Yacht Hotel and the restaurant was The Barbary at the same location. The wedding day was so emotional and beautiful for us, we are really happy we chose to marry in Gibraltar. Many many thanks for the most beautiful day of our lives!

We are yet to get married due to Covid-19 Pandemic , we have had to postpone to next year. I just want to thank Kay for all her support and guidance in helping us through a difficult time and trying her best to sort out our big day for a later date and reassuring a super stressed bride to be that our wedding will be magnificent,a worrisome time for the world but thanks to this lady this was one issue that I need not have worried about to begin with. Really pleased with the service provided. Quick communication. Kay was very helpful and arranged our ceremony at the Ocean view terrace within 2 weeks. Everyone onsite was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
