I recently made my second order with Bricksdirect. My first order was very smooth and I have no complaints. Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing for my second order. I cancelled my order two days after placing the order (before shipment but after the money was received by the company) because I changed my mind about the product. I immediately communicated to the company both via email but also via the online message service in the order page that I wanted my order cancelled. After 7 days, two emails and two online messages later I have yet to get a single response. The order status has not changed (Processing in Progress) and my money has not been reimbursed. My main complaint is the total lack of response or an update. At the moment I don't know if I am getting my money back let alone when.
Update 11/1/24: They have now proceeded to ship the package 8 days after my notice to cancel the order. This is completely unacceptable.
Update 15/1/24: I emailed, messaged and called them again to recall the shipment and reimburse me but they still have not responded. Never again
Update 23/1/24: 20 days later still no response from the company. I have received the package but I have not opened it and I am still waiting for a response from them to send it back. I called several times but no response. Worst online experience of my life.
Update after response from vendor: So the vendor's position is that the order was already in the shipping process 2 days after I placed the order and couldn't be cancelled but it was eventually shipped 7 days after that. So they claim that within those 7 days after my cancellation notification they couldn't recall the order and instead went ahead and shipped anyway without even replying to my numerous emails and messages informing me of the fact. I will let everyone form their opinion if this vendor cares about their customers.

We were looking for this specific set for my son for Christmas. We found it other places; Ebay, Amazon, etc. However, the prices were outrages, double what the regular price was, plus shipping. I was skeptical to order at first, not knowing of this website. After doing some research, I felt confident to order. Also, the price was reasonable enough to justify paying for the shipping from the Netherlands. The communication was good and the Lego set came exactly when it said it would. My son was super happy to open his gift on Christmas morning.

Great place to find sets that are harder to find and without the gauging prices. The boxes I ordered were exactly as described and got to me in record time before Xmas.

Fast shipping. Carefully packed, so condition of boxes were perfect. Best of all, most items I wanted were affordable, and in stock, unlike other merchants who like to price gouge around the holidays. I highly recommend BricksDirect, and will buy from them in the future.

I'd never heard of Bricks Direct but when I was looking for a set that Lego was retiring and the US store didn't have it, I searched the internet. Not only did Bricks Direct have the set but it was comparably priced to what Lego would have sold it for (had it been in stock). I took a chance and the service was exceptional, shipping was speedy and fair and the set looks great. Very pleased!

Dreadful experience. They changed my order after realising they sent me the wrong item. I showed evidence of email confirming my original order and they had the nerve to blame me for their error in the email. Screenshot everything you order from this company if you're foolish enough to use them. Go direct to Lego instead. Disgraceful.

It was a very good experience. Bricks direct dealt with my order in a very professional manner. The product was delivered on time and in good condition.

Everything was fast and as expected. Delivery on time, product intact and, oh boy, did my son got a lot of fun with the Concorde Lego :)

The selection of the product and subsequent ordering was hassle free. Easier to track as well after ordering. Overall a very good experience.

after 5 emails, they tell you, upsss.... we haven't shipped yet, after we paid extra for fedex express, and after they confirmed that they will send the product the next day, one week later, 5 follow up emails, 0 response

only one week later, someone answered, something went wrong with your parcel, would you like to cancel, after we confirmed, no response again... 3 follow up emails, still no response!
