Fast and Great services and friendly staff.

Very happy with Brian thomas once again. Amaal khan has sold 2 properties for us now and continues to impress! Very happy!

Amaal impressed from the beginning when we first met for a valuation for probate. We then met again two years later to sell the property. He has always delivered on everything he promised. His knowledgeable and people skills are exceptional and we would highly recommend him. Thank you Amaal for all your help and hard work!

Amal is an exceptional agent. He found tenants for our flat, in a fast, efficient manner. He's friendly, professional and always full of great advice. I would highly recommend Amal and Brian Thomas, and will absolutely use them going forward.

Best Estate agents, very helpful, I am with them 5 years never ever had any issues or problems, they are very good .
Special Thanks to the owner & manager Mr Amal.

Really great experience, support all the way though and kept informed. Thanks Amaal!

Excellent service from Ammal he kept us informed of all that was going on with our sale would definitely recommend Brian Thomas

They are not your usual letting agent. They are committed to helping you find somewhere just right for you. They truly stand by their ethics and values as a company. Abed was extremely professional, kind and has an amazing ability to put clients at ease. Thank you for helping us to go through this difficult rental process. We would highly recommend their service!

Great service, super responsive. Amaal was our agent and he listened to our needs and delivered to a high standard. He gave good advice and guidance on how to achieve the sale that we wanted.

Amaal showed us a property through Brian Thomas as myself and my partner were looking to buy. We put in an offer almost immediately after viewing the property. Amaal talked us through the next process, like getting an agreement in principle as we were new to the process. He helped chased up all parties involved, easy to reach and informative. His hard work enabled us to complete on time and save money on stamp duty.

I have recently sold our house and used Brian Thomas. The team at Brian thomas has been very friendly & helped us to sell our house at great price as well as with best service.
I would highly recommend them to my family and friends

I have rented out an apartment via Brian Thomas agents from 2019 to 2021. From getting me setup to fixing the issues to vacating the place, Amaal has been extremely helpful, and not to mention professional. Always exceptionally responsive and good maintenance policies and the best thing is I got my entire Deposit back, unlike some bad experiences I have had before. Thankyou Amaal and team !

This is the first time I have been compelled to give a review on an estate agent.
Buying/selling a home can be VERY stressful but I can honestly say that the service I received from Mr Khan at Brian Thomas in Seven Kings was exception. I cannot sing his praises enough; when firm, professional assertiveness was needed he was there. When there were any slowdowns in the process he was on phone/emailing the relevant parties before I had a chance to ask him to!
Great from start to finish - I was highly satisfied with the service received, and will be recommending this Estate Agent to my friends and family. Thank you.

I want to say a huge huge hugeeee thank you to Amaal Khan of Brian Estates. Amaal has been absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The support and commitment he shows to his clients exceeded all my expectations. You truly feel you have someone on your side that cares about you and your needs. Through all the hurdles Amaal has been like a rock – he has ensured that things are constantly progressing and always stay on top of things whether it be with brokers, solictors, surveys or vendor. He calls regularly for updates and always pushes above and beyond so that all parties in the transaction are on the same page. Amaal found me a fanatastic investment property and negotiated an incredible price for me. The property was a straight takeover which required nothing from my part and is exactly what I was looking for. Amaal has a very professional approach when it comes to his dedication to support his clients – he is straight and honest and knows what his clients wants which is a good property at a good price and processed quickly. Always polite and respectful and asks how I am and how my family are – its the little things. I will not hesittate to purchase a property from Amaal again as I know he is a genuine person and cares and now a friend. Thanks so much Amaal for everything. Until the next one :)
