Always excellent customer service. I use them loads and will continue to do so!

Very happy with the speed of supply, personal touch in relations and follow p to ensure satisfaction of sale. We have returned promptly to reorder.

They are a great company. My go to for brewing kit. I have made many orders with them over the years. This time I had an issue with a kit having a different part than specified. Next working day. The replacement was in the post. Can't say fairer than that. I would(and have) recommend them to all my brewer mates.

Always great service & rapid delivery. All goods are top quality.

I rang BKT to get advice about the dimensions of a heating element. They got one out of it's box and measured it for me. They went out of their way to assist and advise so that I could make an informed purchase. I ordered one and I received it 3 days later and I am in the North West Highlands of Scotland! I have purchased items from this company before over the past 2 or 3 years and each time the level of customer service has been exemplary. Why can't all companies be like BKT?

First rate service and a really good price on the fermzilla

Placed an order on Sunday evening, arrived Tuesday morning , superbly packaged in very sturdy boxes , brewzilla condenser is very impressive and beautifully made . A fantastic service with great communication. Brilliant.

Good after sales response.

Great service from BKT yet again
Great to deal with and a wee bonus beer mat Cheers

Great service from this trusted online seller, dispatch time is excellent at competitive pricing of good quality stock.

Quick delivery, well packed, 5star service.

All I can say is why did I wait so long!!!
Saw these on pre order, having 2 PD machines & able to get kegs of Hawkstone I thought why not.
Delivery day arrived, no issues. Came to set up and found the gas line was missing!! Disappointment is an understatement!! One phone call and the missing gas line dispatched for next day delivery.
All connected, couple of small leaks from the pre assembled tap unit, but all sorted.
Great company & customer service.
Get one , you will not regret it.
Cheers

Great prices for quality products, delivered quickly.

Great service, fast delivery, great products!
Never had a complaint after countless orders over the last two years, always my first choice!

Good service

I phoned the company to receive advice on a keg setup for our microbrewery. Jonny could not have been more helpful and the kit arrived as specified.
Overall a great experience.

I bought an all-in-one brewing system (Brewzilla gen 4.1), checked all the usual outlets but BKT were the most competitive inclusive of delivery. Everything was straightforward and items were delivered next working day. Would highly recommend.

Extremely helpful and patient on phone as a first timer - kit arrived the following day an excellent service all round. Thanks
