I recently bought a family birthstone bracelet from Brennmore, and it is GORGEOUS! The website was easy to navigate, which was great because you can find exactly what you want. The bracelet is stunning, with beautifully set stones that reflect excellent craftsmanship and durability. I’m very pleased :)

Their jewelry is very beautiful. I purchased a bracelet from them. When it was delivered it was what I expected. The company is very professional and is very helpful as well.

It was amazing in so many ways will use again

I was offered payment to come make a fake 5 star review. I have never purchased from this company, but already this is bad business practice and very unethical. I would not trust spending money at a company that is unethical. Focus on th bad reviews only because the good ones are probably all fake.

Beautiful bracelet! Clasp a little difficult

1. Shipping funds were not used as paid.
I paid $37 for expedited shipping. The seller used "UPS 3 Day Select," which is not expedited shipping (e.g., Next-Day Air or 2-Day Air).

2. Order marked as shipped but not in carrier possession.
The order was marked as shipped, however UPS tracking shows the package is not in their possession. This is misleading and violates Etsy's shipping policies. After inquiring 5+ days later, they retaliated and cancelled my order.

3. Seller cancelled my entire order over a shipping inquiry.
Instead of addressing my $37 shipping refund request on an ~$800 purchase, the seller responded stating "I'll cancel your order" and "I am unable to work with you under this communication." I never requested cancellation of the item — only a shipping refund.

Timeline:

Feb 3 — Placed order. Prior to ordering, I asked if delivery by Valentine's Day was possible. Seller said they would "try to speed up the process" and "note the urgency."
Feb 10 — Seller informed me it wouldn't be done on time (7 days, no urgency shown).
Feb 12 — Order finally shipped (9 business days processing). UPS 3 Day Select was used despite paying for expedited shipping.
Feb 16 — I opened a help request asking for a $37 shipping refund only.
Feb 17 — Seller cancelled the entire order. UPS shows package not in their possession.

The necklace I purchased was even prettier in person and the presentation was fabulous!
